Looking at his size next to Severocore there he still looks too short to scale with the IDW stuff already out there. Need to see more pics though.

Hoping somebody can get a better shot of this guy from the front. Looks like the proto is cleaned up over the render. Will get the MMC version for sure, but if this still looks good I would get it as well just for the Heart Master gimmick.
The proto's size is more like a Hasbro Leader class. Steelcore is around the size of an MP carbot. FP Kastore looks a lil smaller then FP's Assaulter. This isn't going to be too large of a figure. He will not scale in with MMC products, and seems a lil undersized for FP's products as well.

I like this a lot. It’s not spot on, but I give them a lot more credit than MMC and their Hasbro-esque affinity for repaints and remoulds. Well done Fansproject.

Thanks for the pic man. FP's version looks WAY better then MMC's. Surprised I am saying that. Wish it was larger, but I guess I'll just have to buy both the FP and MMC version.

It actually looks better than I expected, I'm just praying that is Ultra-size so it can scale well with the rest of my Lost Light collection.

I'm really underwhelmed with MMC's Roller, is not as accurate as I was hoping and FP's version comes with more accessories to boot. I'm really tempted here.

Excuse me, what's Ultra class? (TF scale classifications are so confusing)

Is the scale in the middle between Voyager and Leader size.

It's a discontinued size class from Hasbro (last seen in Universe 2.0, I believe) that is bigger than voyager and smaller than leader. Universe 2.0 Onslaught and Silverbolt would be the prime examples. Functionally, it just means "It looks bigger than a voyager, but not quite leader sized"

Not bad at all! MMC's wasn't an option for me either way as that altmode is waaay to bland for me (whereas this one rocks).

Still wondering (as everbody else) whether FP wants to go the IDW route or have this as a one-off. Can't see myself getting this without Orion Pax. Maybe FP can take inspiration from Guidi's earlier design drafts for the Generations toy:

The picture on the first page is terrible when compared to this. This one gets bought. Better alt mode and in fact better bot mode too. FP, please make the QC great.

No-one aside from Iron Factory has given us the Orion Pax from the cop days that appears with Roller in MTMTE, so maybe FP could go for this one?

Smallish voyager size would scale nicely with their Roller AND deluxe IDW/LL figures...

IMG_20180714_100803.jpg Snapped these today, tried to get close ups of details in general, but also things i remember people being unsure of, like his feet, and the potential gaps on his arms, near the shoulder assembly.

I was also told by the spokesman (who's name escapes me atm) that in his vehicle mode, he'll have seating in the rear compartment for other Solerons.

Soleron transport is neat, wonder how it'll work since the steelcore trailer had quite the empty space to carry soleron

There's must be some mass shifting going on to create space in the vehicle mode

I did not get a photo of it directly next to the Severocore they had on display beside it, but he's a bit taller than the Steelecore/Severocore mold, if you have that in your collection a reference.

Also, I'm mentioning it here as it was brought up in this thread, the spokesman, who is also one of the designers, said that Fansproject is definitely completing their headmaster line. We should be seeing stuff about the triple changers next ( Apeface and Snapdragon). He was asked by someone next to me about Hardhead and he said most of the designers work is done, but he doesn't like it, that it's too boring, so they're reworking it.

Hopefully the gents beside me are members on here and can back me up on this too, to put peeps at ease.

To be honest, I'm not a huge fan of that design (nor the similar War Within Prime). The Orion from the Spotlight issue is a bit plane, but could be used as a template to work around, as I'm expecting FP not to go comic-accurate too much.
