Not terribly exciting but the style is totally on point. Exactly the live action look I want. They just seem a little generic, like background guys.

As someone who's been a fan of the movie designs, I have to say I am a tad disappointed at how too much of the same these two give off. People have argued that for Con's they're at least less alien monsters, but they're still very much more of the same aesthetically. Which I personally don't mind, but I know a lot of people do. In fact for a lot of people the worst part of the films is purely superficial. (Bad writing is just extra.) I worry that most people in the public eye will just see these bots and go: "Oh, more of the same. No thanks."

Also, imo, I'm seeing a lot of problems with these designs that we've seen in a lot of the later films in where they're not really designed all that well in a way that would translate to physical toys. At least not easily...I just don't know about this.

I've seen a few others saying the same, or at the very least they look like they combine into a plane...I honestly wouldn't be that surprised if what everyone thinks is Starscream actually turns out to be a combined mode of these two called "Ramjet". Maybe early on in the film we see the "seeker" bot get blown in half and that leads to a reveal that it's actually two Con's who flee the scene and each take on car modes to hide. We only ever see them combine into "Ramjet" again at the climax of the film...That's my personal batshit theory.
