Best accessory ever: pizza cutter

 

I really want the B version, but $50 is s steep premium. I’d hate to buy, them have it show up on discount in a few months. But I’d also hate to miss out and have it end up sold out while waiting for a sale. Such a dilemma.

 

I was about to say just about the same thing. I generally get two of each to display one in each mode (I have fibromyalgia and so my hands are not always very excited about transformations), but I was going to cheat a bit by getting one Calidus and one Hot Flame in each paint job, but dat fifty bucks doe.

 

Honestly, don't sleep on this guy. The transformation is a bear (though not as bad as the original colour version, they've tweaked a few tolerances) but he is absolute beautiful, and just exudes personality and presence. He just looks absolutely incredible on my shelf with the rest of the LL cast.

 

So did anyone actually go through with getting original's deco non-shit hands from them?

 

I used a water based lube used on PVC and it made the shoulders and knees perfect.

 

Now that LL is finished (*sob*), which rodimus are you using?

I've currently got Calidus Luminus displayed with CW Ultra Magnus and MMC Stray, but I may swap him out for Hot Flame. Wish we got the upgraded hands that LL Hot Flame got.....

 

I have my standard hot flame with the regular "team Rodimus," and have my "LL" colors Hot Flame on a shelf above it with some of the other members of the ship, like the Monsterbots, Jackpot, Cosmos, Brawn, Hound, etc...

 

I’m also interested in this. Anyone?

 

I didn't find it worth the bother. I never had an urge to display him with the handheld weapons he came with anyways.
And if I did, they stay in his hands well enough.

 

Does anyone know any contact info for SXS? I'd love to ask them if I can get replacement hands for Hot Flame, but I haven't seen a way to contact them anywhere...

 

ShowZ doesn't know anything about hands releasing separately, and he was merchant for me. I think I've tried to contact SXS through other means like facebook, but didn't get any response. They are either bankrupt or too shy, dunno.

 

For anyone looking, I just found a decent price on Hot Flame on robotoybase:

LL version for $89; original version for $45 (plus shipping). Not bad!

 

Really disappointing too, but thanks for the heads-up. I was thinking about asking ShowZ myself.

I hope SXS hasn't gone belly-up because they had some cool designs (and they were supposed to be making Nautica next, dammit), but it's odd how there appears to be radio silence on those replacement hands they promised for Rodimus, especially since they did actually remould them already for the Lost Light version...

 

Came across him on Taobao for $30 and couldn't resist. I do hope we get more from SXS. I really like overclocking. I would love to get an IDW arcee from them.
