they are not transformers related at all,
Blue car is Drivehead 01 Sonic interpreter from a Takara tomy line called Tomica Hyper Rescue Drive Head Kidō Kyūkyū Keisatsu (Mobile Emergency Police) [IMG]The train bot is from the anime Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion. specifcally
    E5 Series Hayabusa

both of these are toylines made by takara tomy with an anime behind them

Apparently they haven't recoloured this sword enough yet. About another fifty times should do it.

Kind of still are Transformers related though. Like distant non-story connected cousins.
Hyper Rescue is an in spirit successor of Rescue Force/Rescue Fire, and is also animated by Toei, the makers of Sentai and Riders. The Rescue series itself originally being a celebration of Tokusatsu during the Toku boom in the mid 2000s.
Shinkalion was literally birthed as a concept from Car Robots/RID's JRX. Because train robos are still very much in style.

Both are concepts that came from an area of Takara's concept lab that also occasionally does transformers stuff too. Which is likely where this sword campaign came from too. IIRC, that same concepts area had a mild hand in some Takara TLK Optimus and other figure revisions too. (Funnily enough, is also the same place that Yokai Watch came from too and other stuff iirc.)

So a campaign like this feels like a celebratory action of appreciation, and is also a good way to market three fully Takara Tomy owned transforming robot properties.

How come we've never seen these other lines here on the site? Surely they can fit in our TF collections... can someone provide more detail?

My wife's going to be pissed when she wakes up tomorrow morning to discover I found a new line of bots to collect. I googled Tomica Hyper Rescue Drive Head and found some pretty awesome bots. :D

Neat but not sure I need fruit flavors of Optimus Prime's sword. :D  Now I have a hankering for overly sugary fruity cereal.

Funny how a concept art sword has gotten just as many releases as the actual sword that he used in the movie. I'm so sick of that shitty inaccurate popsicle sword.

It's a fun series! Definitely recommend checking out Rescue Force and Rescue Fire.
There's a good chance we might see some kind of Rescue Bots/Rescue Bots Academy kind of team up with all the Tak Tom Rescue stuff in the future too!
Especially now that Hasbro has Power Rangers with Light Speed Rescue. If I were Takara, I'd take advantage of that to get a crossover made that otherwise wouldn't/couldn't exist.
