Yes, that's true as well; the Guiding Hand legend has Primus being born from Cybertron and eventually becoming Vector Sigma, while this version has him becoming Cybertron itself (with no mention of the Guiding Hand). It also has Primus using his Ultimate Guide design rather than the one he's been depicted with in IDW up to this point. I love me some clashing creation myths!
What will it be I wonder? Dead villains from throughout the series, Sweeps, corrupted Cybertronians, mini Unicrons, cultists?
Wait, I thought nobody had ever even heard of Unicron before his arrival? Or have I missed something?
Judging by some prior sneak peeks at art, it's just Shockwave's Maximal army. I believe it was only Windblade who said she'd never heard the name before. Characters have talked before about "Primus's opposite."
Good eye. I think it looks like an amalgam of the Ultimate Guide and Guiding Hand versions. Take the coloring, overall body shape, and chest cannon from the UG, while using the helmet and swords from the GH version.
Prime looks a bit more beefy in this plus the addition of the shoulder cannons from his Titanmaster body. In the face of impossible odds, the only solution is to bring more gun. Finale music:
Well.... this implies Gigantion exists. And got eaten. Which Ore would power Gigantion? And which Prime would settle on it?
THE DEATH COUNT IS GONNA GO THROUGH THE ROOF. Knowing my favorite characters they're probably gonna go out like heroes. Though I don't want them to die! Anyhow I'm glad to see Unicron and Primus lore taking center stage now.
Going by the count, the remaining colonies are Caminus, Earth, Vigilem...and one more we don't know about. Assuming there's 13.
I originally counted it but it was home to the 14th ore, and it's not likely to be it's own colony Also we're missing 4 ores. 3,4,5 and 11.
DAMN! Unicron is REALLY hungry this time! O_O I kinda feel sorry we didnt get to see all those worlds. July 11th? YES!!!
