I feel like Fuse Man’s design would’ve been the perfect for a female RM. Wonder why they didn’t make one for this game this time around since MM10 didn’t have one either.

Other than that, I’m loving the look of this. The Robot Masters look soooo good.

I thought the same exact thing about that head piece. I think they snagged that look from Weavile too.

Plus Fuse Man reminds me of Sage Harpuia.

They even blurred out the names on the cloth! Man, they know how to build hype this time around!

That red and blue robot master in the upper right corner looks like a fusion between Tomahawk Man from MM6 and Comet Woman from Megaman Unlimited.

The art looks hugely improved since the initial teaser video, although it still feels a little "Sonic 4". That voice is still completely wrong though. :(

While watching that video I honestly kinda felt this inner excitement similar to when I was reading about upcoming Mega Man games in Nintendo Power.
    Too bad I don’t have a current-gen console yet.

Quick question for those more knowledgeable than I about current consoles:
I know that with the PS4, Sony started charging a monthly fee for PSN (like Xbox Live has done for years). Do I need to pay for PSN to be able to download this game (and Bloodstained)? I never play online so I’d prefer to not have to pay for PSN just for the privilege of shelling out more to buy games.

I'm pretty sure that PSN subscription is only for playing game online. You shouldn't need it just to use the store.

The headphones on his helmet reminds me a lot of Blast Man from fan game ,,Megaman Revolution". Wouldn't surprise me if he was sound themed like the fan one.
This maybe dumb, but I really want his laugh to sound ,,Kyohohoho" as reference to Blast Man from Battle Network.

Makes sense with all the jackhammers, but Impact Man would have been the perfect name for a crash-test-dummy themed Robot Master :D

I played it last night (Switch version). The gameplay is fine. They let you choose the language of the vocals, which is a huge relief. I still don't like the graphics though. Unfortunately, it has that "Sonic 4: Episode 1" feel. The cel-shading isn't quite right, and the outlines are too hard and barely anti-aliased at all, making characters and enemies feel a bit like clipart or old Flash animation. This is a huge shame, since they were able to make the hand drawn 2D backgrounds look natural and absolutely gorgeous. This of course makes the 3D objects look out of place and accentuates their shortcomings. The cosplay effect and Double Gear system both seem to me like they were added as a shot back at Mighty No. 9, which I think isn't needed. Cosplaying as the bosses doesn't really harm the game any, of course. But Double Gear system, while different from the special mechanics in Mighty No. 9, is an unnecessary complication just like the systems in MN9 that people complained about.

I think the finished, complete game will be good, but marred by some issues that, while minor, could easily have been avoided.

Okay, so Steam doesn't get a demo and I'm a poor man who can't afford any current gen consoles.

Glad to hear that it's good, at least.

Yeah, I played the demo, and the Double Gear system feels unnecessary. The gameplay itself is okay, but something tells me that Mega Man 11's not going to be quite the comeback the Blue Bomber's gonna have.

Also, glad I can switch voice languages, because Mega Man's new English voice is CRAP.
