Ah, damn. Why do they have to put the decent art on the single disc?

Damn, mecha/robots make the usually generic "headshot" cover look goooooooood. :dj

This is probably the first time I approve of it :thumb

-I'm only going off of the thumbnail on the TFW frontpage though. The pics still don't load on the site on the 3 computers I've tried.

hmm, you got those Placeholders? If so, try reloading!!!

As it goes for the Version-Comparisons, i also think, that the 2Disc-Covers looks pretty Lame compared to the Single-Disc-Cover.
I mean, if we get an much more Expensive version, it should actually look more Expensive, like 1-Disc-Design with Golden Background, for example.

That works fine until everyone takes that tack and decides to wait for a possible special edition. Then they don't release one because the first didn't sell well enough. Please note that I don't actually think EVERYONE would decide not to buy the first versions, but these kinds of things can matter. Witness the Family Guy and Firefly/Serenity phenomena, the latter of which just got a special edition release.

Oh, and I'll support the movie as I see fit, K? Thanks.

Terrific artwork for both the single and 2 disc DVD sets. I'm still undecided on whether to wait for an edition which includes the additional IMAX footage. Still, I dig on how the 2 disc DVD edition has cover art of Optimus on one side and Megaton on the other side-quite groovy.

Whoa, really great single disc insert artwork. Prime looks pretty cool with disaturated colors, too.

So what would it take to get a poster made of that picture with Prime standing over Sam and Mikaela?

even the two 2disc versions are different on the 2nd disc so youd have to get them both to see all the content

The HD dvd cover is the same as the standard 2-disc set only with the words "HD DVD" on top >>>> http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-Two-Disc-Special-HD-DVD/dp/B000NU2NJ8/ref=sr_1_4/105-9880253-5796416?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1189169342&sr=1-4

Anyways, I just preordered the non HD 2 disc set!!!! Woo hoo!!! I don't care about the better looking single dvd cover art, what matters is the bonus content!!!

How annoying. The feature on the HD DVD where you get to have a detailed look at the CGI models (and presumably their transformations) was exactly what I was hoping for. But on the regular DVD :(

Oh shit, the single addition is cooler. Now I have to buy the double addition and get the bad cover art. :cry  And Im pretty sure my DVD player doesn't support HD DVD, so now I'm really pissed. Oh well, at least Im getting the movie. :(
