    They never really mentioned it directly, but Hot Spot, Groove, and Blades were pretty much shot to pieces by Getaway's ilk.

    Bottom left-top right. The one coming in from the right of the page -the one on Perceptor's right. The one above Mainframe is identical to the one on the rightmost side of the page. Yeah, those are very clearly copy and pasted. Some of the shading is different, but the ones I named all have the same silhouette.

    Woah! I stand corrected; the different shading & overlap with Perceptor's tentacles (now that's a weird phrase) fooled me. Very nice catch indeed!

    Even if Streetwise/Blades/Hot spot/Groove survived getting shot to pieces, they were no where near the escape shuttle, so it seems highly unlikely it's one of them.

    Roberts posted, and then deleted, a Tweet stating that only two characters died in that particular issue of LL - I would take that to mean Mirage and Rook are for-realsies dead, but the other Protectobots survived by the skin of their teeth.

    I agree, but since Joana Lafuente has been colouring MTMTE/Lost Light for the past four years, it's an odd thing to mention in this particular thread.

    Roberts later corrected himself and said that three characters died (although I think that tweet may have also been deleted). Regardless, he's since confirmed Mirage is dead.
