Looks like Targets are price cutting PotP Voyagers: $22.50.

Too bad it's Wave 1 in Eagan.

Went over to WSP Walmart this am. They had a bunch of Grimlock and 1 of the new Inferno, which i didn't touch. It's kinda funny, I never saw an Overlord anywhere, still haven't seen a Hunn Gurr but now WSP has 6 Grimlocks and 1 Inferno together? That seems odd to me.

I believe the case is 1x Inferno and 1x Grimlock.

Went to the Northtown Toys R Us for the heck of it one last time today. Everything is around 50-70% now.

Lots of empty or near empty shelf space now. The LEGOs were down to just a couple Nexo Knight and Ninjago sets.
Nothing for Transformers left outside of those weird big headed figures that 'transform' when you pull the symbols on their heads.
6 inch Marvel Legends all cleared out other than one Cottonmouth from the Captain America BAF Red Onslaught wave.

I ended up buying one of those Storm Collectibles M. Bison figures that they had still tons of along with Ken. Figured since it was only $28 versus its original price of $80, why not see how the figures from the line are myself.

The saddest thing about this visit aside from being the last...they have a board up by the customer service desk showing in large numbers how many more days they have left to be open. 16 days.
I know if I was working there, seeing that number constantly go down every day would add to my depression about losing my job.

Oh, didn't know that, I guess that makes sense then.

BBTS has a bunch of PotP pre-orders up.

Wave 2 Prime Master set for $18.
Wave 3 Prime Master set for $20.
Wave 3 Legends pair for $22.
Wave 3 Terrorcon set for $60.
    Voyager Inferno for $35.

Inferno appears to be the only new figure they're offering standalone at the moment.

The real stab in the gut though is the Leader Class: $100 lands you Rodimus and Primal (so that's not too bad) but enjoy hating life if you want Primal. $65 standalone which is the same price as the Takara "version" that has long since sold out of pre-orders. At that price I'm sorta kinda not all that bummed if I miss out. Congrats Hasbro. You're garbage distribution and assortment plan has chased me away from what would otherwise be a "must have" figure.

Because I kinda want Rodimus, but man Hasbro could've repacked Unicronus in that wave and you'd have likely sold out those pre-orders by the end of the day.

WTH happened to Target stores ? I am so out of the loop there but things seem different. ^ I caved and bought Unicronus on Amazon for like $57 a few weeks back.

Seems every Target is going through some sort of modernizing facelift. Maybe TRU shutting down scared them. Every Target has a liquor store now, it's so weird. As far as toys, I don't think much changed, at some Targets the section even seem smaller.

Lol maybe? Not maybe but I think the margin on liquor is historically good. When I was a kid, my Pops owned a convenient store, towards the end of its existence I think the only thing making money was alcohol.

Alcohol makes the world go round...and round, and round, and round depending on how much you have.

Seriously though, a lot of businesses seem to really be pushing having liquor stores in them I've noticed. I guess now that almost every store has a grocery section now, they need to jump onto the next big seller.

Only place I ever saw Overlord was at Kmarts. Not sure why?

Kmart? They are all closed up near me. Only one open on my side of town is off 35/Maryland.

Nothing new at the Blaine SuperTarget on 109th except for one SS Blackout. POTP wave 1 clogging the shelves.

Got SS Brawl and Megatron in the mail.

Brawl's pretty cool! Both his modes look good. His bot mode looks a lot better in hand than in pics for me. Megatron looks good in both modes as well, but his transformation is like weird and his vehicle mode seems like I'm missing something... a lot of stuff is barely held together in vehicle mode and there are some weird gaps... stuff doesn't feel like it's quite lining up right. That said, I like his bot mode a lot more than either RotF megs.

I also got the Optimus Prime fidget cube.... which is a fidget cube, and it looks like Optimus Prime.

BBTS has put up Predaking for PO. $160.

So based on that TFSource and TCP will probably have him closer to $150.

Hopefully they don't all sell out before we wake up tomorrow.

I floated this idea a while ago and @einhazard said he was in. Do we have four more people who are game to do a Wreck-Gar pre-order instead of having to hunt him down at Walgreens?

Wave 2 Prime Masters at Retail is not a Myth or a cruel joke.

LOOOOOOOOKKEEEEE What I Found at the Bloomington Walmart about an hour ago. Getting these guys at regular price was awesome. There were still about 3 of each after I left. Glad I took off early now.

GO GO GO! Had some issues getting the pic to rotate on my computer. GO GO GO!
