If they're gonna use the bullshit "secret history of TFs" as an excuse to have a Bumble movie in the '80s, why can't they do the same for Starscream?

 

Completely missing the point I was trying to make. Asexual people can and do still date people because sexual love and romantic love can be separate. It's actually aromantic people who don't date people, not asexual people. The same thing with Transformers, we've seen they can have romantic relationships but they dont do sexual acts. They have romantic love but not sexual love. And that's how my girlfriend feels about me. So no, I'm not just throwing around terms blindly like a die. This has been my life for the last five and a half years. And it's a little frustrating that most of the world can't fathom romantic love without sexual love, even after it's been put in clear terms before them.

 

 

I guess the real question would be... Why even announce her here on these boards as asexual, if you think the world cannot fathom your relationship to begin with?

Ease of speed. Grabbing and jumping makes for a better advantage in securing a retreat than transforming and hoping she catches on quick enough to get in before any resistance acts to stop them. Plus, legs can get places wheels can't.

I'll miss his AOE helmet. It had a lot of great details. His new "bee" helmet inspired by honey bees, will be more on the fun side it seems.
I guess it's cool how they added hexagon shapes on his visors.

 

You're absolutely right on that last part. An asexual person is incapable of experiencing sexual attraction. Whatever goes on in the brain to make you think something is "sexy" doesnt really happen in an asexual persons brain. She's attracted to me in a different way. But where you see a gradient that blends sensuality into sexuality, an asexual person sees a hard line between the two. The line is placed right about where the genitals get involved. I don't really want people to feel sorry for me just because I sacrificed an average sex life to be with the woman I love, because it's not something I'm putting up with, it's something I experience.
But this going to be the last I say of it because this isn't the place to talk about it, I only brought it up to help better imagine how sexuality is as it pertains to transformers. You can pm me if you want to talk more about it though.

Aaaaand back to the movie! So have we had any true confirmation of who the jet is? Starscream is the only listed seeker I can see on IMDB but at this stage in development I agree that this doesn't truly mean much!

 

No, depending on his engine power and speed he wouldnt even need the lift provided by the airfoil, so the only problem is when the wings are in the process of flipping over and facing the direction of the air flow. They should definitely have ripped off or at least bent backwards from the drag. But we have no clue how strong the stuff theyre made out of really is so maybe it could hold up.

I like his new helmet because it eschews "badass-ness" which IMO wouldn't fit this chubbier, friendlier design. Plus, it looks really close to TFA Bee's which I like.

 

Here's what im thinking. Hes running through the woods getting shot at from the air right? And hes an old jeep, older than the 80s. Starscream is flying over the woods about to shoot something. As an old fighter jet, older than the 80s. Maybe its a flashback. Then Bee changes to his g1 VW mode and maybe Starscream changes to his g1 f 15 mode for the main chunk of the movie?

There wasn't any hard evidence, but the information was certainly presented in a way that was significantly more credible than the "he doesn't have a conehead!" bullshit most people are providing.

 

Following this starscream thing (because why not) at first I was like "oh look at this dude, saying that's not starscream even tho that looks like starscream, what is he talking about?" But then I found this guy and I'm leaning more to the "that's not starscream" thing, hell, he even has the arm missle thing
