Ok just got my Ultimate Bumblebee today, but It is having a problem! It will not fire the missle like it is suppose to! Plus sometimes it will make that AWFUL click noicse like it's missing the gear when it is moving the arm. Anyone know how to correct this. I would take it back and exchange it, but it was the only one left!

I've blown his load.. err... missile probably around 20 times since I got him this morning, nothing wrong with mine. Just push it in lightly, one little soft click is fine. Make sure the arm is put in correctly, don't force it

I saw four of them today. Two at a grocery store and two at target. They are coming out so you will be able to get a replacement. Oh and to let you all know. I left them all so have at em.

Mine has the gear-slipping problem too. I wish there were a way to fix it. I don't want to exchange it A. because I'm lazy and B. because I know they'll just re-sell it to somebody else.

The clicking sound seems to be a normal sound of the toy. I've viewed several videos on youtube.com and they all have BB's with some clicking sounds. Also I've had my Dad take a look at it. He's had over 30 years experience repairing and examining Transformers and toys of all sorts and sizes. He agrees that the clicking sound is normal. Hasbro answered my question about the clicking sound. It's due to the tires interfering with the door movement. Here's what they said:

    Hi Michael,

This email is regarding your Ultimate Bumblebee.

In response to your inquiry, the wings seem to be getting hung up on the tires. There isn’t much room there and if tires aren’t clear of arms and wings, you get some jumping around and clicking. You should be sure the tires are out of the way, and that the shoulders and wings are firmly locked in.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks!

Also, attach the wings while the Bumblebee is on. This stopped most of the clicking for me. That's how it's shown on the Hasbro Video transformation too.
