Got Gabriel for $225 shipped on Ebay thanks to $10 off from the seller and the 20% off Ebay coupon. Finger's crossed on the issues. But at least I'm prepared.

Looks like the rowboat BBTS used to ferry Gabe across the Pacific came in. Just got my 10-day notice!

Just to further prove how well Jream's products are received here is a video from Toy Dojo praising it.

Again, I don't particularly like adding anything after the fact, I prefer factory stuff, but this looks great! Nice job @jream

    Everything should be free!

Sometimes things cost more than what we as individuals value them at. That doesn't mean they cost too much though.

Finally had a chance to mess with Gabe last night and wow what a beast of a figure...…..

I'm so glad that Toydojo checked mine out. There were zero issues and everything works smoothly.

My hats off to them, this was customer service at its finest...…….

Glad you got yours. Does your figure how any scratches by the pelvic or crotch area or on the right side of the tank? I too ordered from TD and they shared pictures with some minor scratches that they said in person were barely visible and said all of their figures they received had some sort of scratching in that general area.he said the camera amplifies the imperfections. I can see that happening.

Here's the pictures they sent me. He's in transit and I can't wait, paint looks good.

    ^It looked ok but I didn't go over it with a fine-toothed comb...….

I was more concerned with the hardware more so than the paint.

Gotcha. Eddie included the lost of test areas and tolerances. Which I'm grateful for.

Got mine from ToyDojo today. The figure looks amazing and there's no issues that I can tell. The joints - particularly the legs - are super stiff and my figure had a bit of an oily smell initially, but no complaints. I do think DX9's instruction manual seems to be lacking, however. For a figure that didn't come with the arms attached it seems crazy they didn't address it. But the figure itself is fantastic.

Finally had time to check out the arms and modified the elbow ratchets. Figured I would do some buffing to polish them up to a smoother finish first, them put a light coat of silicone grease on them. That didn't make enough difference, so I looked at Red2's post and went to the springs next. After using some pliers to compress the springs, it now works with much less effort than before.

I came across something that I think could eventually become a problem though. On the cannon arm there is a pretty serious gap between the main elbow piece and the square part that slides the arm onto the torso.

It would be ideal for their to be no gap there, as it would be less stress on that piece in the center with just the one screw holding it together. When moving the arm it will flex to one side until the top piece makes contact with the lower one. Hope that makes sense.

Anyways, I'm going to check it out some more and see if there's any way to modify is so there isn't a gap there. If there's no other way, I may use some Tamiya putty or something to bring the surfaces closer together.

At its longest point, Gabe's base mode is longer than my almost three year old daughter.

To be fair pretty much any track when laid out will be longer than your kid.

let's go ahead and count hot wheels race tracks, Tyco RC Race Tracks, and Model Train Tracks and heck, while we are at it, Lego Train Tracks. ;)

That seems to be where breaks are happening. @ZSquared just posted about their arm snapping there yesterday.
