That's what Barricade should sound like. A Bad cop with a filter, not a generic non accent Ironhide that's like Scary Terry.

 

A battle where your supposed "leader" won't take the time to figure out what kind of situations he'll be getting you guys into, let alone meet up with you and your teammates to do a quick head count (knowing the x-amount of years he spent unaware of his troops whereabouts) and make a strategic plan to get a simple cube. The point is: everyone was an idiot and Barricade knew it.

 

Jess provided the voice for Barricade in The Last Knight, however that voice tended to sound more like his Ironhide. The last line he speaks in the film \"ive always wanted to kill a planet!\" was Frank Welker\'s. Idk what happened but something to think about

I mean it's great that Barricade is back but this time they really should use his 07 design or at least similar to that. TLK version just didn't work for me. And the voice did not have those amazing vocoder effects from the first movie. If they can bring that back plus his sharp-looking fingers and teeth (basically lean towards his aggressive design) that's gonna be amazing.

I'm not exactly trying to defend him, just pointing out what I believe makes sense. If you think he did all this to be a coward thats fine. Hell, you might even be right if anything else due to his lack of presence. Either way, fighting with your opinion on this was a mistake I won't repeat.

If they got Harnell back for Barricade, then I'm guessing it's pretty likely they'll get Charlie Adler back for Starscream  .

 

So, I'm not 100% sure, but based on that set photo alone, if that police car is Barricade, then his alt mode is a 1986 Chevrolet Caprice.

 

Now I could be wrong, as it also looks as if it could be an 86 Crown Vic, which would keep with the theme of Barricade being a Ford.

Seems we're both right, as the name "Crown Victoria" has been around since '55 but technically this specific car is called the "LTD Crown Victoria", and the name didn't become its own title until '92.

 

Agreed! I really think, with what little detail I can see of that on-set photo that he's either a Caprice or an LTD CV, but if I could see the video I might be able to get a better look...

guys barricade is not a coward he just knows when to back off.
that's why he survives all the movies he's been in.

he knows that his intimidation is of better use than his fighthing skills. he's willing to fight and kill but won't risk his death.
anyway the more barricade the better. hasbro seems to love him aswell since he is now a official main decepticon proven by the fact he will be in the new cartoon as a decepticon police car.
