The year Unite Warriors Computron came out, it was in February.

I had a choice to make. Buy UW Computron for myself or buy my wife a gift for Valentine's Day.

Of course my wife won. I'm no dummy (most of the time anyway). When I dropped my preorder, he was sold out everywhere. Then the secondary market prices went way up.

So I'm here asking Takara Tomy to PLEASE reissue Unite Warriors Computron. There's a huge hole in my combiners collection. There's also a Computron-shaped hole in my heart. (Lol)

Who's with me here? Would you support a reissue of UW Computron?

 

So apparently, UW Devastator is up for preorder at TFSource, to be available in June. Does that indicate a "reissue" to anyone?

Because if it does, then I want UW Computron gotdangit!!!!

$400 bucks for the reissue UW Devi? Man, Computron will be expensive if they reissue him, but yes, get him. He is an awesome figure! Wish Takara would do a G1 anime version of Abominus as well; the Call of the primitives version to be exact.

LOL. I was still importing cases of Takara figures for resale during Unite Warriors. And, like everything else, I wound up sitting on leftover Computron and Bruticus sets. No, they're not available for half off with free shipping on your one-sided venue of choice.

With the way Takara is pricing reissues these days, nobody that dragged their feet last time is going to have a chance at a reissue anyway.

 

I would support a beast wars reissue line, espelly if they re did all the characters with GPS... hell I would support a line that covers all the toys that where inflicted with it as well

 

This is weird; he is still around at UK retailers and have been trying to sell mine on facebook forums for months at a discounted price with no takers.

I'd rather get a reissue of Bruticus with the retool they did on Megatronia and Baldigus to fix the hips in combined mode.

 

It probably has to do with how guys like Kapow Toys don't ship their products to the USA for what seems like no reason... 

 

Transmetal 2's with metallic-style paint instead of chrome would be amazing...

 

I have wondered about that. Long-time eBay sellers know not to ship to places like South America and Italy because of rampant ItNeverArrivedism. Do you think America could be Europe's equivalent?

 

I wouldn't know. The only online places I go to get my fix was Amazon and Big Bad Toy Store, but then I lost my faith in Amazon after I ended up getting a crappy copy of Unite Warriors Bruticus.

Really should've gotten Computron when I had the chance...  

 

Hasbro's is still available on Amazon for $120 with Prime. If you are willing to settle, you do get a better Afterburner, better hands and feet and a bonus figure.

 

I actually opted for the Hasbro version with PE kit. UW looks good, but the toy influenced version really has a lot of nostalgia for me....
