Fun stuff I suppose, but I really hope we hear something about the Generations/Studio Series Bee movie toys soon...

On topic though, these listings make me curious as to exactly how many characters are going to be in the movie itself.

Or like the TLK Allspark Tech stuff that came out way after the movie was done and forgotten about.

there's also the Power Plus series, but from what I remember that's just the Power series figures with and Energon Core included, so probably the exact same characters.

It's neat to know that there will be non-movie characters again. Plus we'll see Optimus, Megatron, and Hot Rod in the new Movie aesthetic.

Since there is only four Bumblebee Movie robots.

I bet Power Core Bumblebee is a fully articulated electronic figure. A Bumblebee aimed at the older kids. It's almost 10" tall, "completely new transformation" might mean manual transformation compared to the igniter gimmick.

My wallet will be happy at the smaller amount of characters and various price points. Well played TF, well played. Meanwhile there's Optimus that I can add to my collection. That sweet, sweet retro Semi look.

Only five weeks to SDCC, hopefully we'll get to see some of this stuff, and who the characters are (as well as the G1 and Movie Generations lines).

    Yes.

I feel like the Transformers movies have always had this issue; the fans are desperate to know who the characters are but the execs consider the robots to be major spoilers (WTF?) since apparently every Transformer in the movie is akin to The Vision in Age of Ultron; can't show them so people can be 'surprised', or we see them all in Toyfair but only because they are pushing the upcoming toyline early

I suppose this is why Hot Rod was such a big deal in TLK; they revealed a new Autobot without hemming and hawing over non-spoilers

He's cameoing but not one of the main 4. The main 4 from what I understand is Bumblebee, Barricade, Starscream, and the Plymouth, which is a female Con.

    "Nitro Series"

Obviously a Nitro Zeus focused line.

Well, that's true, if we not count more than 1 autobot.
