One thing they both have in common is freaky human models. I definitely like RiD15's art style better though, even if the show isn't what I like.

 

I think someone may have already thought of this, but I could probably get behind the movieverse designs more if this was handled like Gumball. If they were a few characters scattered amongst a sea of different designs. The main focus characters in the stylized Animatedesque design, some ripped straight outta Sunbow, mechs from the Unicron Trilogy, characters done in the style of High Moon, stopmotion etc...
