Shockwave's Ore13 program is what created the Inhumanoids.

I honestly don't know why that wasn't included in the Revolution crossover stuff.

Shockwave eventually outfitted his replacement arm with nanotechnology to improve its versatility.

It seems to me that Waspinator used the remains of Inferno and Quickstrike to create the G1 Insecticons.

He had some free time when he wasn't throwing rocks at proto humans. "Waspinator is lonely". He could have attempted to create some robot friends.

The Insecticons seemed to come out of nowhere in G1. Maybe they didn't come from and escape pod off of the Ark. Instead they were Beast Wars time travelers.

I like it but it contradicts what they told us in the G1 cartoon which was that they were members of Megatron screw that escaped in an escape pod before of the shit crash landed 4 million years ago.

And it wasn’t an escape pod from the ark it was from the decepticon ship

This would be the same G1 that gave us three different Constructicon origins?

Here's a crack pot idea that popped up in my head outta nowhere.

Nemesis Prime is seen as someone who slaughters all and serves Unicron, while looking like Optimus Prime, correct? Well, I remember that in one continuity, he was actually an Optimus Prime from another universe, who was tortured into submission.

So, with the recent ending of the Movieverse, my head canon will be that Nemesis Primeis the sole survivor of the Bay films. This also serves as my thought on how to end the Movieverse. (Possibly)

After Quintessa paved the ground work for Nemesis Prime's programming, and was defeated by the Autobots, she went to resurrect Unicron. Throughout her operation/mission, the Autobots do their best to fix Cybertron. This leaves Quintessa unharmed, and leaves her with no distractions. Eventually, after she finishes reviving Unicron, he transforms slowly, destroying Parts of the Earth in the process.

By this time, after leading about Earth's predicament, the Autobots try and help Earth, creating ground bridges as quick as they can. Eventually, Unicron is in his final stages of his transformation, and the Autobots have no choice but to leave. At this point, only a fourth of the human population survives. Back on Cybertron, the Autobots (and other existing Cybertronians) try and prepare for Unicron, but end up arguing on how to approach this massive threat. Eventually, they start fighting, and waste the only time they have. Some leave, others stay to try and fight.

Unicron floats in front of all of Cybertron, where everyone is terrified. Without any words, Unicron shreds the planet in half. Optimus, desperate to try and save as meany people as possible, screams out the mad Titan's name. Unicron and Optimus talk, with Prime offering his spark to save Cybertron. Unicron picks up Optimus, and skewers Prime on his horn, with all Cybertronians and humans gasping. After that, he slaughters all inhabitants of Cybertron, while Prime screams from the pain of watching his comrades die.

With Prime being the only one surviving, Quintessa appears, and begins to infuse Prime with Unicron's blood. This results in his once proud, bright colors turning all dark, and devoid of life. Once done, Quintessa has succeeded to turn Optimus into Nemesis. By this time, Unicron has destroyed all of existence, leaving nothing. Because of this, Unicron sends Nemesis into another universe, making him prepare the alternate universe for his feast.

This results in Nemesis Prime slaughtering the people of a new universe, and earning the title of...The Corrupted Prime.

    Sorry for the major read...

While it's a neat idea, there is nothing in the movies that infer Quintessa wants to do anything with Unicron other than kill him.

I can imagine maybe having that Optimus again be enslaved by someone — in this instance Unicron — possibly driven mad by losing all his friends and home and proceeding to become the multiversal scourge. I'm trying to remember, but I think the Nemesis Prime you are referring to is Grand Scourge but I may be wrong.

Anyway, the Inhumanoid thing reminded me of something.

In a few Transformers universes, there exist alien species that are featured in the Ben 10 franchise. Vaxasaurians, Tetramands, Mechamorphs, the like and even a few beasts.

Naturally, this would never be shown in any official capacity. I'm really not sure of it but I thought that hey, it's fun. Not like many series contradict it and is my personal nod to the Transformers Easter eggs in one of the Ben 10 series.

That would be a cool crossover to see. Especially considering TF animated and Ben 10 had the same designer.

I don’t deny the show had some continuity problems but I don’t see how creating new ones is the solution

All jokes aside if you’re going to complain about the continuity of the show to make sure your complaint is accurate. They never gave us three origins for that change but they did imply 2

And the implication is that they were created on earth but that was never explicitly or definitely stated

    1) in their first appearance it is implied that they were created new but since that was never directly stated it’s not a clear-cut origin

2)In the secret of omega supreme, It is definitively and directly stated that they are from cybertron

And the reason why I don’t list what we learn and five faces of darkness is because none of the dialogue says that the group creating megatron was the constructicons, There were eight green guys there so there’s a good chance those were just generic like all the seekers

If that's an option, why don't all Transformers just morph all the time?
    Wait... Unicron is Thanos?!?

At this point, a lot of Movie-verse headcanons are going to be along the lines of this. The only difference is which characters you want to survive the devastation.

For me, I like to think Optimus Prime loses it after the destruction of his universe and becomes Nemesis Prime once again, like in your headcanon. The difference with my headcanon is that Bumblebee also survives (due to his ability to reassemble his body) and swears to stop Nemesis Prime again, going by various aliases to avoid detection.

Experimental nanotechnology, which isn't widely available. Cutting edge stuff that he likely invented.

Here's another headcanon, inspired by the Bumblebee trailer. Jazz came to Earth in the early 20th century, landing near New Orleans. The first humans he met were black, and when he ingrained himself with the community, he fell in love with their music and sympathized with their struggle. He kept a low profile, but helped in what ways he could. He saw the rise and evolution of jazz as a form of music, and witnessed the civil rights movement, seeing humans at their worst and their most tenacious. By the time more Autobots show up on Earth, Jazz has been living among humans for decades and recognizes the good and bad in them.

That begs the next question: what ARE siblings, in Transformers terms? Do they have mothers and fathers?
