Hello there , a few weeks ago i made a order at your Store at Aliexpress ( Planet x PX-01B) but since that there ist no processing on my Order…. I had to extend the order processing so it will not be canceled automatically.
Since then I have written you a few times but still no answer.....Is there a problem with my order????

 

I think this is to be expected halo,when stuff comes from other countries they have to go thru customs,which can take up to a week to 10 days to depending on how busy it gets,I recently ordered had an order from China (from Aliexpress) that sat there for 10 days before it started moving,so in total it took 21 days or 3 weeks for my stuff to show up.So based on your time of purchase just calculate how much time has passed and you'll have your answer.

 

My package actually just got released from import customs, so I think it'll be here soon. (Unless there's another set of customs? The last time I did this was in 2014. This is my second time dealing with overseas shopping.) Thanks for the clarification man. It really puts this into perspective.

I really like the ideas people are coming up with and the feedback from showZstore... Keep up the good work.

Only complaint is the shipping company they use... They always damage my boxes. Toys are fine but packages are kicked around and caved in.

 

One of the reasons I hesitate to get the JB gravity dev without the box, tho usually it's surrounded by sturdy styrofoam and plenty o' packing tape.

Yeah I felt I've been lucky. My boxes for my last three things I got were totally caved in and the Styrofoam is the only thing that saved the figures inside

 

We tried our best to protect the box but some times the carrier just messed up with our packages since there are too many people involved in international shipping.

  I bet the boxes are beautiful when they leave the warehouse, up to when the customs people use them as door stops or play soccer with them. LOL.

Yeah but the thing is all my stuff I buy comes from over seas and I have like over 10gs in 3rd party and mp figures all bought from places like showZstore, ebay, RK, tf direct.... The only time ever has my package been damaged like this is from showZstore. What makes it absolutely whoever touches it first... Like every single order is almost destroyed and my heart races each time I open a package thinking my figure is just a bunch broken parts.

A Canadian here, it's because Canada Post workers are a bunch of useless twats that think they deserve higher wages when they cant competently do their one job lol. #notsalty
