I actually like both styles thats why Im looking for the silver thighs that someone swapped out with the green ones, and as a final resort I could acquire a set of the green ones and paint them silver.

Jream makes a V2 head neck adapter which allows the V2 head to look down. I don't have a V1 head but apparently that head could look down? The jream part is fairly successful. JTYLYK

Oh crap. You're right. And I bought one ages ago when I first placed my pre-order for the new head!!! I think that's whats in that little round plastic container in my misc parts box!!! For some reason I was thinking it was an adaptor to make the V3 head actually fit on V1 but as I had no problems I just never thought. Thanks!!! I'll have to dig that out this evening.
I could probably part with the silver thighs as I'm not planning on ever reinstalling them or selling the set. Bit I live in Australia. Not sure what shipping would be to wherever you are, bit if you're interested I could look into postage costs? PM me if you're interested.

Just got my Constructor in and..... the arms on hook are a floppy mess. Did anyone else have this issue with the TW-C07 set? I haven't even checked the others yet, will let you know they turn out

    UPDATE:

Ok got them all checked out. Scrappers thighs are very loose and flop around, MIxmaster has floppy thigh syndrone, Scavenger has a ram i cant move for the life of me its just stuck. Bonecrusher & Long Haul are good and no issues.

Is this the norm for this set?? I had the original release of these guys when they were sold individually and they were all solid. I feel like I have the toyworld plastic on a bunch of KOs, this is what id expect from KO but not Toyworld. Have I just got a bad set or what??

Man, that sucks! When I bought my set, Mixmaster was missing his chest piece, but I emailed TFS and they got me a replacement piece really quickly. Oh, and I eventually learned the combiner connector was installed backwards on Scavenger (which I hear is common), but that was easily fixed with a screwdriver. Seems like you had really bad luck though- other than those two issues, the figures in my set were solid, no floppiness.

Oh shit dude I'm sorry. FWIW I didn't suffer any of those issues with mine (although my saga with a duplicate arm is documented earlier in the thread).

Theres just too many tolerance issues as well with my set. I'm thinking about packing it up and sending it back for a refund. I am most displeased in the box set.

dont blame you. I’d be pissed too if I spent ~500 bucks on something, and it was broken.

Thats some bad QC which Im surprised about with the V2 set its build very good and quality is solid so the floppy joints thats not normal at all. I hope you get this sorted out this a great set.

Think I should have them send me a new set or try to fix each issue and get replacement parts where needed?

If its possible get a new set sent to you, it could be less of a hassle than waiting for replacement parts.

Try to get a replacement or refund. With the number of issues you have, you definately got a lemon there. Sucks, but I would trust waiting for parts with the company’s past history.

Try the new GB OS KO or wait for the GB / Constructor hybrid.

    please stop giving crap advice.

@tffan2017 clearly wants what they paid for in spades. and they deserve no less
If fact, I'd be raging hard too, had my Constructor arrived with so many issues.

Unless of course, you have the 500 bucks to give them rather than that terrible suggestion. hmmmm?

That was completely uncalled for... His Constructor is a mess... It's better for him to send it back and buy something better... Maybe you should follow your own advice and stop saying crap!

Finally... I can use that emoticon!

If he bought from TFS he should be able to get replacement bots and parts.

I guess I got lucky with mine with no missing parts. I do feel like the hip joint (namely the one that allow the legs to swing forward) on some of them could be tighter. The combiner port ratchet is way too tight. Otherwise mine seems fine and I was just marveling at how good it looks in combined mode. It’s for sure a chore to get there though.
