I'd say either Mirage or Bonecrusher. Bonecrusher is LUDICROUSLY powerful, especially if you can get off a lot of bleed stacks, and I'd really want to get my hands on either a Signature awakener, or a duplicate Bonecrusher because that Sig is Really Good.

Mirage is also good to take up a rank, because he is very useful at not just tanking many hits, but he can also do a lot to either your opponents power or your opponents health if you're adept at taking podshots and your good at dodging.

Mirage is SO useful in ROK. (Rulers Of Kaon) because it's a long, Drawn out battle, and his Special 3 Melee buffs stack, thus leading Mirage to gain some LUDICROUS damage.

    Mirage. No competition.
Followed by either Bonecrusher or Arcee.

On the topic of bots and best stuff:

Who is in your opinion the best bot of each class ranking?
    For me:
Scout: Barricade. I spam a LOT of his special 1, and seeing as my Barricade just got duped, I love to spam Backfire, because it can do some heavy damage to anything with powerful Special attacks.
Tech: Tie between Mirage or Soundwave. As mentioned earlier, In long, drawn out battles and with KERS active, Mirage really shines. He can power drain, he can stun, and he can gain a lot of power and attack against anything, even those he's weak against. Against dirty projectile spammers like myself, Soundwave is kinda fun because he can just reflect to Combo.
Demo: Ironhide. SPAM SPAM SPAM that Heavy attack. The amount of Burn stacks you can get off with Ironhide is so broken, and Ironhide is arguably the best Demo bot.
Tact: It's an honest tie between GS Megatron and Magnus. Magnus has some good potential, and Megatron's just fun.
Brawler: Grimlock: He's fun, and Dinorage is a decent ability for a brawler. Fun when you have someone equip a Harm accelerator, and you go in with a free attack buff.
Warrior: Drift. Them Bleed stacks be useful as heck, and he's fun when you get that Combo train racked up.

For scouts most high level players prefer wind blade because of her insane damage output, sure she’s a glass canon but playing at that level you really don’t want to get hit anyway.
Combined with deep wound she will get loads of autostuns. she also have one of the best heavy in the game, similar to mirage it will allows you to bypass all range attacks, if you don’t have a mirage you will want to use her against the expert/master spotlight wasp boss. (400% range damage + shock stack on range hit = you will die really really fast), with all the bleeds she can actually out-damage the healing from the energon shield on wasp.

For tech, mirage is surely a top bot, but at higher level most people will rank ratchet higher than mirage. in high level Alliance missions you will see alot of ratchet/OgPrime/IH combo because their heal synergies. Mirage is very good but won't last as long as ratchet unless you are dealing with bots with huge burst damage which can kill you in two or three hits(Master Spot light Wasp for example)

For Demo I agree, IH has been on the top for a very very long time, the only issue is Kabam love to put those anti-IH mods in the spotlight missions, especially the range reflecting one.

Tact: most people still rank OgPrime higher than Meg, main reason is the heal synergies with ratchet, one OgPrime can defeat all but two bots in the first RoK by himself, without the need for heals or revives.

Brawler: depends, for damage Motormaster, for easy to use Grimlock(can cover pretty much all situations), for defense&synergies Primal(Beast synergies is better than Grimlock if you can build a team for it)

Warrior: Drift is better with a synergy team(swordmaster add loads of damage), without synergy i'll always take Bonecrusher(very good heavy, very good bleeds, anti-evade)

Scout: Prowl: Insanely good power control: Gains a lot of power and drains a decent amount. You can dash back, stack 10x melee buffs to gain half a bar of power (at sig lvl1), do a combo, and you have enough power to use that sweet SP1. He could be broken if his signature level is too high. He hits hard as well. Windblade is close second, she's an awesome glass cannon, I always use her in AM, but she doesn't have as much utility as Prowl.

Tech: None. Each bot is great in their own way. Rhinox deals high bleed damage, Mirage is the power controller and hard hitter, Ratchet is the healer and pretty much nigh-immortal if you play him carefully, Soundwave spams heavy to gain power, Shockwave leaks power and shocks (most TFTF forum users love him) and Blaster is the projectile control, a more defensive bot.

Demolition: Ironhide if duped, instantly kill the opponent. Megatron close second, he deals high crit damage if you stack impair charges, he has unstoppable, his synergies with Bonecrusher, Grindor and Barricade make him a little bit better.

Tactician: CW Prime. Second place either Dinobot or Megatron. Megatron can stack 3x armor breaks if you keep refreshing those debuffs and probably stack 3x shocks in long fights. Dinobot belongs to 2 strongest synergy teams in the game, Beast Purifcation and Swordmasters, he's great against armored bots, OGP, UM and Megs require time to gain power to fire off their special attacks, but Dinobot's basic can still pierce armor, he can fully ignore the opponent's armor if he crits while dealing a huge amount of damage thanks to Swordmasters

Brawler: Optimus Primal, brings a big bad synergy into the game to kill off Grimlock. Optimus Primal alone can hit hard, he also has a good defensive ability, crit armor is f**king annoying without an armor breaker

Warrior: Drift. Good bleeds and Swordmasters

I’m speaking mainly from bias but my preferred Demolitions bot is my 4-Star Galvatron.

Being the Megatron/Galvatron fanatic I am and also trying to get more T2 Demolitions Sparks to rank him up.

Also is there any easy way to get a T2 Alpha Spark because I also need that for rankup.

Fully exploring Hard mode gives you half of a T2A, you also get loads of T2A essence from completing Expert, doing map 3 also provides you a decent amount of essence as well.
Fully exploring Hard spotlight is by far the easiest way to get T2A essence

My bots are nowhere near ready for hard mode. It’d be total suicide.

What does your roster look like? If you’re already trying to collect t2a material, you should be ready for expert.

If you’re having trouble clearing hard, you may be letting yourself get hit too much. There’s a video I posted on the last page that could help you, if that’s the case.

Apart from my 4-Star Galvatron who’s currently sitting at 1900+, my bots are mainly max 3-stars (And 4-Star Ultra Magnus) in the 1200-1400 range.

Can you post a screenshot maybe?
Just your top two rows. Scroll down a bit so we can see the PI of the bottom row. But it sounds like it should be manageable for you.

They did also lower the difficulty of Hard when they introduced Blaster. If you haven’t tried it since then, you may want to take another stab at it.

Did you check out that video and post I made on the previous page? It might help you. If you’re having difficulty, that indicates to me you may be letting yourself act like a punching bag and fighting too offensively. I only say that because those are the same issues I was having with higher difficulties, until I completely changed the way I fight. The game got a lot easier after that.

Or is there something else you’re specifically having trouble with? I’m sure we could help you.

EDIT... I’ll just repost it here:

Quickly press and release the round button at the bottom and the lock button at the same time.

Anyways, if it’s too much trouble don’t worry about it. I just wanted to see your bots and see if we could help you somehow.

Did you happen to watch that tutorial video yet on fighting?

With this roster, beating Hard mode is a cakewalk. Optimus Prime, Shockwave and Ironhide are great bots
Shockwave is important to deal with Waspinator in chap 3.1. Btw, how is Waspinator in hard? He's a torture device in Expert
Optimus and Ironhide shine in all game modes
Hot rod would be able to handle Cheetor easily with his deceleration debuffs
Galvatron is your strongest bot, bring him in the mission

    My team suggestion for ya:
    - Galvatron or Megatron
    - Shockwave (power control&DOT)
    - Ironhide (hard hitter&DOT)
    - Optimus Prime (same as IH) OR Starscream (synergises with Galvatron+NulliBurst)
    - Hot rod (Evade killer)

I wouldn't recommend Bludgeon if you don't have another Swordmaster bot
Bumblebee is only good for long fights AND if you play carefully to not get hit after performing a heavy attack

So... I've heard a lot about Ruler's Of Kaon, and yeah, I'm horribly unprepared for it at the current moment (No 4 Stars yet.) But, just as a question, what can I expect? I've tested it a few times with the guys I have now, and Mixmaster's actually fairly easy but also very tough. His special attacks are relatively easy to dodge, but I got hit once and my whole health bar just DROPPED dead.

So yeah, is there anything I should expect? Which bots should I worry about most? Any tips?
