I don't have any of the Dinobots toys. Except my Magmatron I can't confirm or deny if he is Dinobots, Korean or Takara.

 

I have both the Dinobots version and the Takara version. They are pretty much the same figure. Takara just has a glossier look to it. Other than that, it is pretty much the same figure.

and because I mentioned it earlier ,heres the brown optimus noone ever talks about

takara can all squeeze some extra cash from us, because theyll add stuff to masterpeice figures that show up from animation errors so this can't be an exception.

Thus far, the "gold nuggets" that have been discussed are a redeco of a Beast Wars toy and redecos representing Beast Wars characters. Beast Machines hasn't actually brought anything to the table.

 

i don't think it's slim at all actually....takara seems to be doing nothing BUT repaints of their mps at this point even drudging up 5 year old mps to paint on blue windows and call it "cartoon accuracy"

Couldn't think of a word to describe how a possible MP Terrorsaur would transform. But now I have a word. I think Most of his parts like his wings will be Butterflied from his Robot arms and legs.

 

Well to be fair, all these toy molds are probably awfully expensive to produce. Especially for Transformers. So, I can see Takara wanting to get the most out of their buck.

But, I don't know if Takara would be interested in a Hasbro repaint of it. Hasbro might. But I don't see Takara doing it. We will probably get a toy accurate version, like the Optimus Primal. We might get a Transmetal or Transmetal 2 colors version though.

 

There was a wonderful irony to the poster using the line "the key to the future lies buried in the past" when putting forward the options Beast Machines could offer, yet they all originated in Beast Wars.
