I had a similar issue in which both my chest plates came with white paint chipped off of them right out of the box. [IMG]

    BBTS has her in stock!

Edit: What are the odds Koot was in the same shipment?

image.jpeg I like this figure. The stability isn't that good, but her feet are small so I figured this would be the case. I don't mind the backpack. Everything looks better in hand than in pictures. I just need to transform her later today, since my kids are going to wake up. I don't think it will be TOO bad. Better than BC's Hoist and XT's Windcharger for me. I actually love Sunstreaker's transformation. Here's a yoga pose for Arcee.

Love to know how Fanstoys managed to pose her the way they did on the box pics. Maybe they used sticky tack. Still she is wearing high heals.

I only ding the transformation for being annoying if I'm forced to transform it out of the box to get it into botmode, so I can't bring myself to care about the transformation on this one.

On the plus side, the usual FT top notch materials, mostly good QC, and excellent shelf presence.

On the downside, arthritis hands, balance issues, a handful of QC pre-chipped paint reports, and joint issues/choices like the non-tabbing backpack and lack of ratchets on the larger joints.

Overall, not "getting a pass" but still the best MP Arcee to date. Have Zeta's on pre-order and will pre-order MMC's as well.

Yeah, I'm starting to think that the only way to do a perfect Arcee is to pack a non-transforming robot in a box with a non-transforming car. Then you make transforming noises while swapping them out.

*Sigh* My Rouge is already paid for, but I haven't shipped it yet. I really hope MMC's turns out good, because I really don't think I'm going to like Rouge when I get my hands on her. At least Rouge is a FansToys figure; I probably won't take too much of a hit if/when I sell her.

You wont get good stability with Zeta (TW) either, which is annoying for me since my shelf is high and i wanted to tilt body very slightly down, but cant on the TW one i have as she falls down easily. Pretty much the only MP figure i have this problem with. Based on pictures alone, the feet on the FT seems more surface area than TW/Zeta, but wont know until i get my FT in hands. Your only hope is MMC, whenever they get to it, but other than their Mirage, which MP figure have they done with quality? Not saying it wont be, but, really remains to be seen.

I'm thinking a 3d printed snow shoe might be good enough for her. Kinda like MMC's fembots have. Just sort of fit it to the foot (or just the rear) with an extended rear. Have a little fun with it and do it in the shape of a small human Daniel hugging her ankle LOL

She can stand straight and that’s about it. Any significant posing throws the weight off balance and leaves you making tiny adjustments to get her to balance and by the time you do, the pose is no longer the same. Bit of a shame since she has so much articulation to get into other poses. Not a huge deal since I have stands. I do like the ‘snowshoe’ idea though.

Why not just use a little blu tack on the bottom of each foot to help her stand better? Also no shame in using a stand if you have to.

Can use the official/(KO?) version of the Autobot stand that came with Tracks and make her look all ..official(?) with the autobot logo on there and such. Or use a figma stand since they don’t stand out much. No pun intended.

I find it funny that FT is using the "negative clearance + soft plastic" nail biter design that XTB used on Wheelie years ago, that FT fans still give them shit for. And he is a WAY smaller figure.

Given her instability, should we start a thread called "Arcee leaning on stuff" akin to the "Metroplex Holding stuff" thread?

So the tracks (ko) stand kind of works but the issue is that the hole in her butt (lol) is a screw hole (lol) with not much depth to it and it’s not a tight fit.
The figma stand works slightly better as its shorter and has more joints but it’s also not a tight/deep fit (lol), but I’ll probably end up buying a new stand that has clamps for the waist, her butt hole is too loose for the others. They’ll work for now.
