I wasn't going to do any more to Roddy until some suitable-for-misuse stickers come along but then the cleanup on his metallic yellow nosecone details was so much more vivid than the other prior coats I just had to go over 'em all!

That's Proper Rodders colours now! KER-BLING!

Speaking of metalheads, this is worth a listen!

    Unicron's Theme (Guitar version)

One of my acquisitions last week. I love the colours on this guy. The Inferno mold certainly ranks up there with the best of the early CHUG figures.

He might be a bit outmoded on the ease of poseability factor but, yup, my Inferno has no worries about being replaced with the TOTP version that still has Hot Spot's chest and not a faux cab front, dammit!
Still a damn fine bit of TF toy!

I agree. Hot Spot mold is great, but damn they really dropped the ball on the most obvious red-bot use of the mold. Seeaich, you have your connections with ToyHax, you should convince them to do a Pyro upgrade sticket kit with a new chest and/ or head. ;)

Can't wait to see the finished works dude!

Hello good folks of the U.K , a long time ago i came across a British Transformers forum and this guy showcase scans from the various Japanese art books he collected. Just wondering if any one knows any information regarding that forum or can help me with identifying what artbook this image is from, cheers

    *watching Venom trailer*

    EMBRACE

    YOUR INNER

Me: “Ah yeah, demon, that’s quite clever!”

    ANTI-HERO

    Me: “...what?”

Seriously though, the writing seems pretty poor for this one. It’s the same writer that did Fifty Shades of Grey, not sure why they thought that’d be a good fit. They’re both into bondage and control I guess? :D

Obligatory “Venom shouldn’t exist without Spider-Man because that’s where all the symbiote mannerisms come from.”

That last shot though. I’ve almost forgiven it all for that. Topher Grace who? :D

Hmmmm. Gotg is probably gonna be a more important film to infinity war than winter soldier. So we should watch that instead. If only there was time to watch 5 films.

    Sorry, avenger tangent.

    Transformers! Yeah!

Shiiiiiiieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet! F*** me, that was surreal, a quick trip into town was a real effin' TRIP! (BTW, yes, @scamper, you should check your PMs).
Nipping down to Smiths the Post, I nearly verbally abused these racist fuckwits...
    DSC_0046.JPG
    DSC_0045 (1).JPG
...the only reason I didn't is mostly my urgent desire to post the thing, and not get it fucked up in a possible altercation.
Turns out it was lucky I didn't because on the trip back I realised...
    DSC_0044 (1).JPG
...they were actually entirely fictional fuckwits! It's only friggin' Ackley Bridge filming in the 'Fax!

Okay, big "Wows" stumbling on outdoor shoots is ten a penny, Chris.
Well now, stumbling on a Location Shoot may not be that BUT the surreal bit was not a block away from that, at the square where I catch my usual buses, I stumbled upon the utter reality of two blokes dogpiled on a third to restrain him on the ground of the taxi rank slipway! Absolute REALITY but a totally generic scene out of the most rote poverty porn script. Estate lass on the phone in between shouting abuse at any bystanders stood too nearby.
Trying to discern what was going down, and if some intercession/assistance might be warranted, I'm still not entirely sure what was going on but the phrase "are you gonna try to stab me?" or "did you try to stab" seemed to be uttered by the restrainers before the Bizzies came by.
Decided sticking my oar in wasn't required as the chaps on top seemed to be just making damned sure the fella couldn't move and weren't bashing him about, fortunately the Police eventually arrived but I missed a bus whilst trying to threat assess, dammit!

What breakneck turnaround that was though a surreal shift from Fantasy to Total Reality!

Fucking 'ell man, that's an afternoon and a half! Hope it's not been a too stressful experience. Even if it all passes ok, which it sounds like it did, that stuff can get the adrenaline flowing.

Quickly posting a bit of MTMTE love before I head off to the evening work. Whatever you do, don't go near the 'James Roberts taking a break' thread in the news section, unless you have a carrot to chew on so you don't grind your teeth to dust!

It's only the frigging diplomatic corps!

I'm gonna pay my local Toys R Us a visit tomorrow. What's the chances there will actually be something I want? Probably zero.

Cheers, bud, I'm fine but I just had to write the occurrence down and get the headmash documented.
A calming cuppa later and Hobbytherapy™ is working it's wonders as I bask in this fella's rather sumptuous redeco (note also the wee show-off isn't piloting backwards now :p )...
    DSC_0048.JPG DSC_0047.JPG

...and relaaaaaaaaaax. (And wait for stickers *drums fingers*) Very happy with the definite metallic yellow rather than the weaker more like regular gold shade of the initial coats.
Ironically it was a somewhat lazier than usual paint stirring that seems to have caused that shade shift. I'll have to remember that if I get a Cogman to Knightbeat-ify!
