Hello,

Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Chris, I hail from West Bridgewater, Ma (the little dot on the map next to Brockton and Easton). I've been a TF fan now since G1, and I have been back into collecting since '99 with Transmetals II Megatron I bought at Service Merchandise.

Now, on with the report:

I went to T@rget in Easton and Taunton this weekend, and I saw nothing but the usual peg warmers. I hit up the one in Abington yesterday, and they seemed to have a little more than the usual peg warmers.

1 Tit Cheetor, 1 Tit RID Prime

They had some Robot Replicas, one or two Bumblebees, a few Barricades and one or two Megatrons.

I am looking for a few things from Classics, esp. Jetfire, Wally exclusive Devastator, Mirage. Also, from TF movie, I am looking for '09 Bumblebee & G1 redeco Jazz. So, any signs pointing me to them would be greatly appreciated! I'm glad I found this board and hopefully I can help someone find something they're looking for!

 

Checked the Wal-Mart in Pittsfield and they finally restocked new product. They had as of this morning like 2x Dreadwing, 2x Payload, Dropkick, Longarm, Final Battle Jazz, 2x Voyager Ratchet redeco, 2x Thundercracker, a voyager Megatron and maybe 1 or 2 Voyager Prime. Only saw one Concept Bumblebee which I nabbed.

 

You beat me to the new stuff man. Salem Wal-Mart now has nothing new on the shelf. They had Voyager Megs but I think he was already seen there earlier.

 

welcome aboard! I go from the metro west area to the berkshires, and can tell you there's TONS of classics jetfires and mirages around, especially at walmarts and toys r us.

I must say it's also nice to see dropkick's finally showing up. anyone spot meantime or high score yet?

 

I saw a lone High Score at Salem Wal-Mart a few days ago. Snagged him and mentioned a few pages back.

 

Everett Target - Seems as time goes on, all the stuff that were there forever like helmets, potato heads etc are starting to disappear.

Does anyone have any idea what the case packs are? Some resource?

Leaders - Saw Brawl tank (2), Megatron, Optimus.

6 in titanium - Last time saw Fallen, RID prime, cheetor. ALL gone. I just saw the new batch and it consisted of Scourge ( 1 ) and Megatron purple one ( 2 ).

Voyager StarScream G1 - Someone posted they saw 11 at another target. These must be going fast overall as I picked up 1 and left 4. Impressed enough with it to get it.

More of the same Tech toys - flashlight blaster, camcorder, etc.

 

Target in Marlboro has G1 Jazz and Screamer finally. They are on an endcap of the hotwheels isle, facing the back wall. You wouldn't even know they were there, if you didn't go around to the back.

I'm just glad I found them before the scalper did for a change  

Nothing else new around here.

 

Took a trip to Plainville Target last night.

They still have about seven or eight G1 Jazz, five or six Starscreams and three Leader Brawls. Also, I believe saw a Titanium Cheetor.

Thats Plainville in South Shore Mass, near North Attleboro. ;-)

 

Who's the scalper?

Northborough or Westborough..right on the line...Target had Jazz, starscream and some left overs on the latest wave of deluxe.

Also, Northbrigde Wal mart had the Thundercraker and Optimus Prime

 

Nice, I'll have to go there this weekend for Payload, Dropkick, and maybe Thundercracker or Prime. Hopefully they last that long

 

Woburn Target had 5x Tit Cheetors, 4x G1 Starscreams, and 4x Leader Brawls. I bought none, but get them before someone does.

 

Salem Target has G1 deco Jazz but nothing else new.

Peabody TRU has almost bare pegs. Still plenty of Voyager Prime and Megs for those that want them.

 

Whaaaa??? I stopped there around 9 PM. Saw no leader Brawls. Saw the G1 redecos but no Brawl. Where were they located?

 

Has anyone here located in the South Shore/Boston seen a Redeco G1 Ratchet?

I'd love to hit up a store out Western mass!!! Unfortunately I can't justify driving past the 495/North of Boston area just for some toys.

 

You probably missed them...they were on the left side of the bottom shelf in the TF aisle.







And as a western MA resident for much of the past few years....the stores out that way suck.

 

Do you mean as in the South Shore area? If so, I would have to agree. Its just so densely populated here that even though there are a million Wal-Marts and Targets its impossible to keep up with demand.

 

Peabody TRU has 3 leader Brawls on the bottom shelf. The top shelf has 6 more and a veritable assload of supreme class Cybertron overstock. Not sure which ones they are but they have two Primus toys on the shelf.

 

seekonk kohl's still has lots of deluxes, arcee, jazz, brawl, bonecrusher, swindle etc. and they are on sale for 10% off $12.

north attleboro TRU has the leadership brawl, movie robot heros, tons of real gear, voyager ironhide & starscream, classics optimus & jetfire.

 

Peabody TRU has -1 Leader Brawls, and I have to say, I like their overall new aisle layout, it reminds me of going to TRU in the mid 80s and seeing an almost entire aisle of Transformers. The big difference here is that TRU has about 1/4 of the TFs needed to stock the section.

Danvers Target has no G1 deco Starscreams left, but plenty of other TF merchandise that no one's bought since July.

 

Yeah, everytime I go to TRU, almost all the pegs are bare.

And Danvers Target had G1 deco Starscream? I only saw G1 deco Jazz.
