    I used both ones in the 1st page. Got a MAILER DAEMON.

    I retried, and it looks like it went thru. Now the waiting game.

    Does anyone have a contact for Dr. Wu?
    Ultra Magnus’s head popped off his body on my P27 Only Human set and can not find it.

    I would rather not buy this entire set again. I just need Ultra Magnus or his head...

    I've contacted Iron Factory via email and now THREE times via their Facebook page, hoping to get a replacement Right Arm for my Amethyst Seeker that arrived with 2 Left Arms.

    Sigh...

    I love Iron Factory, but they ain't cheap - being completely ignored by their Customer Service team after spending hundreds [if not thousands] of dollars on their products over the past few years kinda sucks.

    EDITED to add: They definitely saw my Facebook messages [the little indicator in Messenger tells me exactly when they were read]... they just decided not to respond to me.

    I'm having the exact same issue. Asked for a replacement shoulder for my Shadow Tengu on facebook, and haven't got a reply. Am trying to contact them through email though. Would be great if they had another account that is active.
