West Mifflin TRU is dead. 3 dozen wave 1 Prime Masters and a few Skrapnels. That's literally it.

 

Hey guys ... just left TRU in Erie, PA! They have ten Studio Series “Thundercracker” figures on the shelf. One left with me!

Robinson Township TRU will close at the end of this week. Most of their inventory is at 50% now and will go up to 60% on Saturday for the last day the store is open.
Was expecting this store to stay open for another month, but they're losing their lease. Store personnel were just informed in the last few days.

No Transformers left unless you want an RC Squeeks or Rescue Bots. They will not be getting any new stock.
Most Lego product has been pulled off the floor and sent to a different store to avoid discounting it. Just some Super Hero Girls sets and Jyn Erso buildable figures left on the shelves.

 

Any chance anyone here wants to go pick that up and send it to CA for me eh?

 

Time for the hunt to begin.

 

I grabbed crowbar. It’s actually not too bad. It’s certainly not worth $20.. but oh well.

I would like to get bumblebee, but the TLK version was very disappointing.

I have no interest in a deluxe ratchet, and I want to like stinger, but I just don’t.

I may try to pick up voyager prime, but I don’t know. If I hear people say that it’s a good figure, that MIGHT sway me.

Starscream is a major disappointment for me. The whole silhouette is off thanks to the shoulder area. The jet mode looks nice, but I hate that the robot mode is so off.

Anyways.. I’m looking forward to megatron, grimlock, and... I think that’s about it for now.

I would’ve like the scale to be upped a little.. prime and megatron leaders, cars deluxe, SUV’s voyagers, and blackout would’ve been cool as a supreme class figure.

 

Harrisburg North Target had a Moonracer on the pegs. Didn't like her so she stayed behind. Rest of the wave must have went fast!


I've yet to see the rest of the Dinobots in the area!

 

Just bought SS Starscream from West Mifflin Walmart. Left Prime behind. No deluxes or leaders.

 

You should take a peruse through the feedback threads. A lot of people are really singing praises for voyager Prime and Starscream. Personally, I think Starscream looks great - one of the best figures of him we've gotten - but I can't justify getting him, since I've got the Leader and the MPM.

 

Finding a lot of the SS deluxes in Walmarts in the SE PA area. Can't find a PotP Hun-gurrr to save my life though...  

 

Waynesboro Walmart has wave 2 legends.

 

Abington Target has had their Deluxe pegs empty for almost a MONTH now.

Has anyone in Pittsburgh area found the second wave Prime Masters aka pretenders?

 

I stupidly broke down and bought classic bumblebee.. I didn’t realize he was smaller than the last knight version.. but surprisingly I like him better I think the painted lower legs makes a big difference.

So, thanks to jru.. I think I will be giving voyager prime a try.

Though, I can’t help but think at some point Takara will be slapping a premium paint job on the mold making it look outstanding.

 

Coincidentally, voyager Prime is one I'm still not going to buy, despite how good the reviews are. Just on looks alone he doesn't do it for me lol.
