    Wow, so I started the reply about the tracking site and then walked away and forgot. Replied to the Facebook comment.

    If it looks odd forgive me. I'm on my phone. Easter, watching Star Wars on TNT and trying not to fall asleep. Lol

    Facebook is best. I asked him once if the number switch is something that I could look up but, he said it was for merchants.

    Placed my order on the 19th and tracking shows that it just reached the East Coast. Ugh and the bad part is FedEx smartpost will handle the US delivery :eek: . Hopefully this time next I'll have my package. :( 

    I agree Facebook is the best way to reach them.

    If it’s any help, @CaptJagged, I can at least say that CNE can tell you what’s going on on FedEx’s end, or presumably any other partner.

    Now, I’m just praying Sonic Wizard and how baby tape bots don’t become soggy ‘cons, and,so—if they aren’t walked to the door, the package fits in my mailbox :oops:

    I messaged via Facebook and got a prompt reply with the USPS tracking number. Due to be delivered today! Now to wait and see if there’s one item or two in the box...

    I know someone had mentioned that room for improvement was in the packing department. I received an order today that was in transit between China and the US for a while and thought I'd share packing results. The boxes for the bots themselves were packed in tightly but as you can see everything arrived undamaged.

    I'm happy with my purchase.

    My package arrived, and it looked like it’d been sat on by an elephant. The shipping box used was sturdy, there were plastic corner guards, and adequate styrofoam, but I think it just met an unstoppable force somewhere in transit. I don’t know that there’s anything ShowZ could’ve done any differently or better, so I’m shrugging it off. I don’t save boxes anyway, and luckily the toy was unscathed. I’m already eyeing my next order, so safe to say it didn’t put me off.

    To close the loop from one of my earlier posts, one of my items was apparently out of stock and was refunded, but even now the ShowZ site says it was shipped to me. So the lesson there is that the site may not update correctly post-purchase, but the money always tells the truth.

    If you're one of those collectors that obsessively track each hour of a package, then Showzstore is not for you. I've had figures take just 5 days to reach me on the east coast and other times it's taken 2 months. One thing you can always count on is customer service and communication. It may take a day to respond but they always do.

    Was very excited to see they had gundog Toon in stock. And after shipping works out quite nicely for me.

    I noticed that the order was on status “waiting to ship” for about a week so I was like have they shipped this?

    Turns out they have and I’m like yay. Will be interesting to see the box packaging when it arrives

    Roller coaster of emotions this morning! I was pleasantly surprised to see that my package was out for delivery today. Only to find out that the item shipped was incorrect. ugh!! :(

    If you want to save money and get free shipping, there's nobody who consistently beats all other prices. Free worldwide shipping (most places) with no minimum is also pretty much unheard of for any retailer. Personally I order, then pay, then forget about it until it shows up. When items arrive in 5 days I'm thrilled! If it take 3 weeks, that's OK too because I know I've saved $20.

    If you're the type that sweat every update - you're probably best to pay more and shop elsewhere. You'll be less stressed, the retailer won't have angry customers, and everyone wins (except your pocket book, but hey - gotta pay for the service).

    Regarding packaging - I've provided showz feedback on rub deals packages that got beat up and while not everything can be controlled - I can definitely say he is absolutely committed to improving packaging, tempered by not increasing costs. Packaging (while not perfect) has come a long way. Corner protectors, styrofoam boxes, crazy amounts of yellow packing tape, custom boxes, extra padding - are all commonly used now depending on the figure. It's harder than it sounds because each figure is different and some figures ship from different places, so it's hard to get everyone on the same page.

    That being said - if you have a problem with your figure, whether you order thru me or showz - we will always do our best to make things right. We can't please everyone, but we do our best to try :)

    See the FAQ in my signature as to why tracking isn't immediately available like it is with other retailers. It's what helps allow the lower prices.

    My method also.

    Additionally, whenever I've ordered from Show.Z/Rub, tracking is not super accurate, one day it's in San Francisco or Chicago, next day it's in my hands. That said, 99% of my orders have arrived quicker than expected.

    Yeah, well put. That’s also why I very specifically didn’t post pictures of the beat up box, I didn’t want that visual to override the actual message of what I was saying. Which is: the package had everything I would’ve expected in order to keep it safe. I’d be hard pressed to come up with anything that could’ve been better, and it still got crunched. Sounds like it’s just going to be the way it is, but for the prices I won’t complain at all!

    Package arrived today - ordered on 20th March. First tracking infos were provided on 28th. Very well packed in styrofoam.
    I'm absolutely happy :D

    Just got my OS KO Construction set from ShowZ via the AliExpress sale last week. ($7 coupon that day! Woot!)

    Arrived in under a week in a strong box. ShowZ has also taken care of me in the past on a missing part.

    I'm glad that this thread is helping to set customers' expectations regarding tracking.

    A lack of "accurate" tracking was my biggest issue when ordering through this retailer, causing me to bug them incessantly. But I just needed to chill out -- because they've taken care of me every time.
