    For those with "New Order", can you confirm that UK #29-32 are inserted in between US #8 and #9, and Hachette haven't kept the US/UK run separate within the book (e.g. US issues first, then UK issues)?

    Yup, order of contents are:
    US 5-8
    UK 29-32
    US 9-10

    With 'And There Shall Come... A Leader!' tacked on as an extra at the end of the book.

    I haven't returned any of them. I'm not returning them till they send me the one I actually need and have asked for multiple times. I've given them all the details of the book I need replacing, sent photographs. But still I now have five book 72's and no replacement for my damaged book 60. Once I get book 60 I may return the others if they give me a freepost address.

    so why did they have spare issuse of 75 ? with this version because i got mine that also came with that

    it's not a spare issue - the original release had a misprint/sequencing error, the new version corrects this.

    If it's like mine then there should be a loose sheet of paper in one of the books explaining why there's two this time.

    I'm guessing they gave up mailing out corrected issues to people who buy retail like they did for the previous few error issues, probably because it's a massive administrative headache. Likely easier and cheaper to just include a replacement with a future issue. I must admit I'd rather they keep to doing it that way instead of me having to ever deal with Hatchette customer service again.

    My last contact with Hatchet was two weeks ago when they assured me they had given the correct details to their warehouse and I should wait up to 14 days for book 60 to arrive. A few days later I got yet another book 71. Now, two weeks later I still have not received book 60. I have sent them all the details of the book, pictures, a link to the books listing on their website. I don't know why they find it so difficult to send the correct book. This has been going on over a month now!

    I would be apoplectic by now. Have you posted about it on their Facebook? If it was me that was keep happening to I'd be kicking up a big public stink on their page about it.

    If you don't have a Facebook account, post an image of your five copies here and one of us could stick it on their FB page. You might get someone relatively competent handling it once they're aware that the public can see that they can't get something as basic as "You've already sent me four copies of 72. It's 60 I need" right.

    Can you see an 'Upload A File' option button at the bottom of your composition box? That's the button but I'm not sure if you have to be a member for a bit for it to be active?

    Thanks, that was kinda obvious but somehow I missed that option haha! Here are four of the five (I sold one on ebay). If anyone wants to post my story on their facebook page.
    It was a week ago I last heard from them and they assured me that the correct book would be with me within 7 days. So far, nothing. Though with the bank holiday friday and monday it may be that the book will arrive in the next day or two.

    I posted on your behalf and the post disappeared, although there was a line confirming it had posted and a link to view it. Clicked the link and saw nothing. So it's either terribly apropos, or there's some sort of procedure in place where posts have to be approved before they're visible.

    Thanks Tim. This has been going on for about a month and a half now. Crazy how simple a thing it should be to replace one book yet they keep wasting their own money sending me the wrong one. If it comes to it I'll just sell all the spares of 71 they've sent me and buy another book 60 with the money.

    I've given them the issue number, volume number, book title, sent pictures of the damaged copy I need replacing, included links in the e-mails to the correct book on their own website. Yet still they insist on sending volume 71 over and over!
