I paid the mark up on him from tfsource. Once I had him in hand worth every penny.

I'll probably hit the Kenwood TRU at least 1-2 more times before the closing. I'm really into these new Pacific Rim figures. Wave 2 just released and I need to track those down. Saw the movie tonight, it was pretty good, only reinforced me wanting to get them. Already got Gypsy, Phoenix, and Redeemer. Now onto the Kaiju, and the 3 new jeager figures. Seems some TRU's got them, but Kenwood only had wave 1 a few days back, and nothing for them at ALL at Colerain. Just hoping I stumble into a SS Thundercracker.

Kroger in Beavercreek has Studio Series Deluxes. They had one Starscream, but he left with me.

I would like to have the TLK Primus, I'm sure he will still be there once the 50% off hits....I hope. I wonder of TRU.com will clearance anything?

Apparently stores are advising against people ordering from the site, and indeed I've seen multiple reports of orders being cancelled on even commonly-available items.

Woot! Of all places, Austintown Walgreens (seriously, there are 13 Walgreens stores between Warren and Boardman!) had ONE Cyber Battalion Shockwave! I, of course, bought it and more or less RAN to the register.

I'm more surprised that Sideswipe sold out...

As for the figure itself... All it needs are knees and it's a perfect CHUG Shockwave.

Really? I never really bothered with the cyber battalion line but that Shockwave looks nice is he really that good?

He's quite light in hand, but the plastic is strong and there's some thickness to it. The colors are a great choice and far more accurate than some of the previous Hasbro efforts in years past. He holds together quite well in both modes (which you wouldn't think so because of the idea behind CB, but he does). He has a head swivel, shoulder rotation, outward bicep swivel, elbow, hips forward and backward as well as in and out. Knee swivel and backward/forward ankle pivot. Really all he's in need of is a set of knees, I think a Shapeways adapter would take care of that.

Well worth the $17.00 and he's a larger Voyager size as well.

Found Studio Series deluxe and Voyagers at the Kroger in Englewood. So if you're looking and don't mind the markup ($25 deluxe, $37 Voyagers), Kroger Marketplaces seem to be getting them in all over.

Thanks for the heads up. I actually just ordered one from there myself. I believe it 100% to be worth every penny because he was my favorite movie 1 character :)

Seriously, though... where the hell are the Wave 2 Deluxes? This feels like the "wave that didn't happen" all over again. We've had all the other toys out of the wave out for months now at this point, and I'm still camping on Amazon trying to catch them when they come up for (pre)order for anything below $30. For a Deluxe.

Don't cave in on scalper prices just yet...I'm sure they are going to show up before long. They are slowly showing up in new places.

Lack of anything new in Holland/Spring Meadows stores—

Target still has wave 1 POTP and a bunch of TLK.

Walmart has even less but you can still get Wave 1 TLK voyager Optimus Prime and Grimlock.

I think a lot of places aren't doing anything until after a spring reset and/or inventory. It just seems like there isn't any ordering even though lots of pegs have been empty a long time.

Hubert Heights Target has all the Wave 2 deluxe minus Moonracer. They have three each of the Dinobots and one Rippersnapper.

Yeah. They haven't done much of anything up to now, to take a break from. *fume*
Maybe they're gunshy this past year, waiting to see the fallout of the TRU talks?

That's very possible. Hasbro could also have held back shipments to wait and see if TRU went under. That way they could reallocate if necessary.
