I am currently breathing down the neck of an Ebay seller who shipped me a ZetaToys Jazzy with a spoiler suffering from paint chips metal deep.
Not sure if I need to keep pressing this seller but Zeta (to my surprise) did not react as friendly and helpful as I thought they would when I mailed them directly incl. detailed pictures.
Anybody else have this experience?

And just so you know .. I bought mine from a Chinese seller (toyfly2015) on Ebay.

 

Not sure why you'd be blocked, when I've not blocked anybody. In any case, I'm just showing that Zeta has posted before that they'll only directly support people who bought figures from their respective selling Region. Since you bought from a vendor on Ebay, that is likely in China, you will have to go through your vendor to get support. If you got it from Robot Kingdom, then they'd entertain you directly. North American customers will have to go through their NA sellers.

If there is, I don't have it. I can't comment on the first two, but in the past BC was very responsive if you sent them a FB message. I recognize that's likely no longer the case though.

The DX9 email address you have in the sticky is the correct one ... I used it to get me a replacement for a damaged (upon arrival) Tyrant faceplate.

 

Is she back? The last post I saw from her was her pretty much signing off after all the griping people directed at her design.

True, but @ChromeMagnus' post specifically asked for a "responsive" email address, and I don't think many people have had recent success with that one. When did you get your Tyrant replacement face?

Anyone know a way to contact TFC? I need some new connector joints for my Ironshell and the evilBay seller I got him from went rogue. I tried the email on their site but no reply
