With the ideas being passed around in this thread, I just want to mention how many of you can actually pony up the 1-2 grand for this without incurring the wrath of your significant other and do you think there are 499 others out there that will and can?

 

maybe a ark that turns into omega supreme like in tf animated as someone mentioned earlier

 

MP scale Ark diorama. would work for classics too, only better

 

I wouldn't buy any giant expensive playsets, especially if they didn't transform.

And if it's $500, I'm not buying it whatever it is.

I'd actually like Takara to partner up with Haslab for g1 reissues where the molds have been lost or destroyed or just to continue the Encore line. To cover the cost of reverse engineering the molds, you need a certain amount of pre-orders for the dinobots, sunstreaker and so on.

 

Now that I know more about HasLab, I think I'd like to change my vote from titan Scorp (which is still likely at retail) to larger-than-titan Unicron...something that would NEVER see retail.

 

I wonder if the total number of backers for a particular product will sent Hasbro a message to show that how much fans are willing to vote with their wallets. If a crowd funding fails, will it prove that the product is not popular enough to consider producing in the future?

I ain't buying anything more than £30 from Hasbro, because they are super trash tier.

Hasbro and takara are practically the same thing, same plastic, same quality of paint (not the same application),Takara does better things for the collectors because they are meant to be expensive while's hasbro's not, if you give them more judget (just as this), they'll reach that kind of product, i mean, MPM barricade it's totally fine, and it's a "collector's product".
