My definative Optimus Prime is the New Years Convoy G1 reissue but with the trailer swapped out for the Diaclone colored Ultra Magnus trailer/armor.

MP01, and though I'm probably in the minority here I'll gladly say that it would still be my choice even if MP10 were an option. I love that thing, and from a historical standpoint it might have been the biggest jump in TF quality we'll ever see. It pretty beat the tar out of every other single robot toy/figure/collectible/whatever released that year, transformable or no.

I suppose this version 3 MP Optimus if and when it sees release. MP-10 is still hard to beat.

 

Out of the multiple Primes I have, POTP Prime is my definitive G1 Prime. The upcoming Studio Series Prime for the movieverse.

 

For me its the good old G1 Optimus Prime and 2007 Leader Class. Depending on what I like to look at. If I am purely looking at G1 and CHUG figures the G1 Optimus stands the test of time for me. If i have a mix of AEC or movies stuff in the mix the 2007 Leader Class takes it. He big but not too big, nice rubber tires, accurate without being over complicated, transformation does not take too long.

 

G1 Prime without a doubt.

Modern: MP-01. That was the figure that really reeled me back into the franchise forever.

My definitive OP is the Classics voyager. Mine specifically is the 30th anniversary evolution deco that came with a redecoed Evasion prime.

 

How has no one said Maketoys Cross Dimension Striker Manus? Its so good.

I personally feel a lot for my G1 PowerMaster Prime ... So sweet Mmmm <3
But nowadays MPP-10 beats the competition even FansHobby Power Baser.

I see lots of people referring to the evolution 2-pack optimus prime, and i can agree its a nice figure, but i sold mine (and my henkei megatron) off as they are too short to scale well with current voyagers.
