But I dig em. Shockwave is, of course. definitely buy for me.

 

I'd like to see the Scout Class alt-modes. Those look like they could be kinda fun.

 

I have never seen Shockwave form before. Ussually tank or hovercraft.

 

While these are not evergreen per se (though they’re very obviously based on the evergreen designs, just more cartoon styled) there have been hints that there will be Generations style figure for evergreen, so for beers crossed we’ll see them tomorrow, or at least hear something about them  

 

Huh, again, same for me, it started a week or two ago. Weird.

Granted, if Shockwave is Voyager size, perhaps that could fill a certain CHUG niche.

honesty, Shockwave has had about as many different alternate modes as Megatron.
he's been a Gun, Satellite, Mazda RX-8, Helicopter, 3 different tanks, and flying space thing, and now a crab tank

 

Yeah - but I can tell you one thing that he’s never been - a Generations voyager or leader class figure already! Cmon Hasbro!

 

I could definitely see that SW filling in until a proper Gen one is made at which point it either goes to the kids full time as cannon fodder or finds some alternate role in the collection ... the sculpt looks nice, would look better posed stoic and regal rather than trying to squeeze one out, the color is about perfect, a slightly pearly metallic Purple, face is right. Alt mode is a cop out durr hurr just take the figure that essentially an action master and have it crab walk TADA Alt Mode Right kids..."Tank"

But meh I just wont transform him. ...you know though now I want and want to settle for the sixe of the CW Shockwave more and more every day.

Yup, which is the biggest reason I want him. Very cool design. Just wish I knew what size he is (Voyager/deluxe?)

The thought just popped into my head but Shockwave\'s alt mode reminds me of a decepticon marauder from FoC.

 

I don't know if anyone's brought it up yet, but I've noticed there's no Windblade toys in any of these size classes. Strange, considering she was in the initial reveal for the series. So, all in all, even if the toys aren't apparently up to what the older fans want, we gotta count our blessings somewhere.
