It’s sixshot in testshot colors/black/white. You can see the chest wings in black and the chunky lower legs.

I have and dig Andras, but Eligos was never going to be my Cyclonus. Too fiddly engineering, and while the bot mode is pretty much spot on I actually think the alt mode is awful. Too long in the back, with thick wing roots and stumpy wings. Perfect Fusion's renders at least have much better alt mode proportions.

Andras and Eligos are 2 TF's that really WOW'd me when I had them in hand. I never transformed Eligos and Andras once from alt to robot, but from what I've seen it has issues. But for pure display pieces, they are great.

Saw the recent blurred out pic just now , and while I can say I’m EXTREMELY EXCITED for this release , what I just saw brought me down .... A LOT. Like WTF ? I may be old but my eyes aren’t shot . His upper torso is huge , with thin as hell thighs . And his ears are to talk ! What happened to the render ?

Lack of color seems to disguise the actual thickness, which then gives a bit of a deception. Seems fitting for a Decepticon and the proportions seem rather cohesive for the prototype even though it has been said that it may not be the final phase.

His legs do look a lot thinner than the render, but I will reserve judgment till we see actual release figure. I am still excited. That jet mode looks ultra sleek.

The blurred image doesn't do it to much justice. I'm sure the final version will fill out just like the silhouette.

So people are starting to stress over a very blurred picture....

    Sounds about right.

The blurred image from a distance is causing shaded surface areas to blend with the blurred surroundings of the image that artificially gives the thin distorted appearance. The thighs/legs are consistent with the render. Looks good. I love my Eligos but may need an armada.

Found a new pic. Worst toy ever. No detail whatsoever.

I hope soon because I really want this to complete my Galvatron Scourge Cyclonus trio.
    Needs to get here fast.

Unfortunately, I doubt that he'll be out this year. I hope I'm wrong, but experience suggests that it won't be fast.

I would agree with you but we have a picture of the prototype. That is a separate designer from the rest of the FT group so I see that one getting done this year so they can reveal their Scourge. I know Cesium took a long time.

However won't they be using the same manufacturing factory? won't it have to queue up behind the likes of Arcee and others?

Companies usually telegraph what they are doing in their toy fair displays. It's not a mystery. We know the order of FTs releases and they confirmed it to us in that box with test shots for Rouge, Berserk, and Mindwipe and prototypes for Hydra and Quietus. Why weren't Outrider, Hoodlum, Silverbolt, Iceman, in that display? FT got out a lot of releases last year and will again this year. I expect those others to follow behind including Skullcruncher. Design is not just renders or basic prototypes. To get as far as they have they have gone through manufacturing engineering. Just because something is going through production doesn't mean the world stops, it simply means they can produce and assemble one run (2-3K figures) at a time in most cases. Other figures make significant progress during that time as we saw with how Rouge went from render to next figure out. Mindwipe went from render to test shot.
