Does any one know of methods on how to tighten the knee joints of limb-bots? my UW Superion has a hard time carrying it's weapon+Powergilde since the forearms couldn't handle it's weight.

 

But that's your personal preferences, probably not everyone's. I have the exact opposite view. Why use such links/thumbnails and have to do unnecessary clicking instead of just seeing a larger size image automatically. I think the pics are the better part of discussion. I'd rather scroll than click. Neither of is is objectively right or wrong. Six of one, half a dozen of the other. Your suggestion isn't inherently "a better way".

I would have to assume it's something with the plastic. Tamiya paints are very widely used; if this was a common thing I doubt that would be the case.

 

A few drops of clear nail polish in the knee joint worked for me. They had really loose hips too, so I popped the legs of the joint, coated the ball and inside of the socket, let them dry for a day or so, and put them back together. I had to do that a couple of times before I was satisfied with the stiffness.

 

I searched but the images were all photobucket unlinked did anyone ever figure out how to seperate the shuttle off of Skylynx's bottom half.

I know there is an unofficial bird mode but I wanted to take the shuttle off and slap some kind of legsin just the shuttle part.

 

I don't think you can... I have at this point a pretty good structural understanding of that toy from taking mien apart and modding him, you would baslilcy end up just taking the legs off as the center torso/ fuselage area is too integrated... you would have to just take off the legs ruining his birdbeast monster mode and then put the legs on some other thing, you would have to leave what was left in Shuttle mode. Not a practical mod to do I don't think but feel free to try and prove me wron

My KO G2 Menasor kits will be here today. 1 for Menasor and 1 for Toxitron. I wish there were a set of the teal HFG for Menasor too.

G2 sets arrived today so I gave Toxi his and the band of misfit toys.


And that freed up the Black version for my Battle Maximus (still a wip). Just realized the wrong prowl is on him. Oh well.

 

A pack of blind Horri-Bulls could see him from miles away.

This is why I don't complain about Hasbro making "the new guys" and "making non-combiner figures combinable."

I can actually make this sweet guy with 4 of these so called "outcasts" and only one double dip. Groove(and I actually do have two!). Also liking the 45 torque you did on the legs to make it more unique like my fan-mode Vicky.

So now there'll be at least two Battles out there.
