There's no denying that the films have more than their fair share of failed jokes and cringy moments, plus scenes that are so bad they're unintentionally funny. But IMO there are plenty of scenes that hit the mark. What are your favorites?
Most of the ones I think of come from part 1. “I ate the whole plate!” “Aw don’t be like that! If I had a rock, I’d bust your head.” “Satan’s Camaro! It’s chasing me!” All the bots trampling the Witwicky yard & trying to hide. “It’s his first car. It’s supposed to be cheap.” “Left cheek! Left cheek! Left cheek!” Part 1 had a whole ton of funny moments.
All of Lucas from AOE. "It looks just like Bumblebee... If Bumblebee was a sad piece of shit." Cogman and Burton. "LiTtLE LadY NO!"
Yeah Ron Witwicky is pretty funny, and I agree the genuine humour highlight of TF07 is the Autobots hiding in Sam's yard - that shit was hysterical. And I've come to appreciate Epps' rather enthusiastic exclamations regarding his left buttock.

I thought the Starscream line of "Not to call you a coward, master, but sometimes, cowards do survive..." to be a funny line.
Yeah, pretty much all the moments I'm thinking of came from the first film. I'll cop to being amused by Simmons in DOTM, however.
I find Revenge of the Fallen to have the most funny moments. It's the one I laughed the most at. On the robot side, Wheelie, the Twins, Hound, Drift, and Cogman are riots. On the human side, Simmons, Judy Witwicky, Lucas, Gill Wembley, and Sherman are hilarious. I love Lockdown's cynicism and find it hilarious in its own way. I love Bee's and Cade's jabs at Shane. "Are you ladiesman117?" is hilarious for the total lack of awareness on Barricade's part for how ridiculous what he's saying really is. That old man in the Texas theater is awesome.
Hey, I was discussing this kind of stuff recently! A lot of the stuff in 1, basically all covered by Mako Crab, plus "NO I DON'T WANT A PREMIUM PACKAGE!" was amusing too. I also liked "never heard of it/never will" just for its stupidity. From 2? The aforementioned Starscream line near the end was good, and Jetfire's "first wheel" line is one of my favorites. For some unknown reason I kind of chuckle at the first part of Simmons' intro. DotM had Sam screaming after BB transforms and Optimus's yell after transforming in Chernobyl is absolutely hilarious for some reason. Seriously, look that Chernobyl scene up, it's brilliant. AoE? Brains' line about 'not kicking a bit of ass' was fine, and the part when Crosshairs and Drift just walk away from Prime and the Dinobot Warriors was decent, too. TLK? Burton is the best. The duuude line is fucking great, his erratic interjections when analyzing the family tree were unexpected but funny, and him shepherding visitors off the sun, and him in the car- really just anything he did. Except die. Edit: And also from TLK, the Decepticon intros were surprising but fun, Bumblebee calling out Daytrader was actually really funny as well, and for another unintentional Prime one, his 'yeeess' when Quintessa sets her sights on Earth is dumb but does get laughs out of me.
That whole scene where Sam is trying to find the glasses in his house. Best part is when the Autobots transform into their alt modes and just sit in his yard. Robots in disguise, indeed. "Calm down, calm down"

"...India." "Oh this is a great place to hide, a big glass box! Nobody will ever find us here!" "Miss Viviane Wembley, professor of History at Oxford, doctor of Philosophy... anything else? Anyway, meet Cade." *silence*
Most scenes meant to be funny in TF1, for me particularly, the "if I had a rock I'd bust your head bitch" gets me every time. ROTF it was the library hiding scene. The kicker for me was Leo pronouncing his full name super fast. never gets old XD Dotm didn't really have much for funny scenes, but I will admit the obnoxious "deep wang" bit was only humorous to me when he said "you're not getting it, deep throat". AOE: "excuse me ladies. Ladies! Omg! How do you say get the fuck outta the way in Chinese?" Also when he goes "OH MY GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD". First viewing I said aloud "that's probably the longest oh my god I've ever heard". TLK: the fact Michael Bay expected me to enjoy that garbage stain of a movie.
I love that whole scene. Leo: "I'm the key to all this, the aliens, they want me for my site!" Sam to Mikaela: "I'm not talking to you for ten seconds, you have three seconds left." *counts three seconds on fingers* "Okay what were you saying?" The bit about Alice's kiss having a "diesel-y tinge to it." I always laugh. And of course in Egypt, Simmons and Leo. "ONE MAN, ALONE!" "My god will you stop, I'm in the car with you." Lots of great comedic moments in that film. And delivered well, the timing was perfect.
I'm not the type of person who laughs out loud when hearing jokes, but there are some jokes in the films that made me lol. TF1- "Left cheek!" "Left cheek!" "Shut up grandma! I'll get your prune juice!" The whole scene about the donut plate. ROTF- A couple of the Twins' scenes, Simmons, Jetfire, some Wheelie scenes. DOTM- it was more action than comedy for me, but I thought the scene where Wang pulls out two guns at Laserbeak and goes "Ohhh yeaaah! What you gonna do now bitch?!" was funny. AOE- "How do say get the f@&$ out of the way in Chinese?!" Most scenes with the Pathetic Dirty Foursome. TLK- any scene with Cogman and Burton. That opera scene was f-ing GENIUS! Hot Rod's "Little Lady, NO!" "That's the watch that killed Hitler" Edit: c'mon, who didn't laugh at Bee's wrong voice box scene? And Daytrader bashing?
