@Bots and Bits any word on when Montana (Breakdown) drops? I was under the impression it would be this month.
I could easily pass on a Menasor- but if the price is right who knows. What's Zeta's price point right now? Are they on par with Toyworld?
All of their Combaticon and Aerialbot limbs will be $60, hopefully they keep that price point when they move to future combiners.
Thanks! I thought they were $80 to $100 per limb (Toyworld's price point) but that's refreshing. As much as XTBs looks good (and is heavily G1 influenced) I'll be with holding my cash until at least another option or two become a reality. That final render teaser excites but I'm sticking with my overall opinion of XTB until reviews suggest otherwise.
Yeah what the heck is going on here? How can the ko have been out for months but not the real one? Don't let dx9 beat you to market, xtb, you haven't got the qc reputation to play catch up!
No, its true. Aesthetics you can argue back and forth all day, but "first available" and "cheapest" are very good assets when you can't compete on quality. And of those, "first available" is the more important .
I don't think he does. He's saying that, due to XTB's QC reputation, they can't afford to come out after a competitor since the only way they can compete is by being the first to market. I'm not sure I agree personally: I'm willing to roll the dice on XTB because their limbs are $40 each even if they don't make it to market first. [edit] sniped.
I think maybe the joke was you're sending XTB messages in the DX9 thread. Edit: Daim beat me to the punch(line).
