Agreed, these are really bizarre "features" to point out. I think the faceplate is probably worth pointing out, but I would have also highlighted the real life alt mode, and the weapons as well as maybe the diecast (which is mentioned in small text already). But articulated hands and neck - really?

Based on the above image, they didn't even bother making the guns rest at the same height in vehicle mode - looks very strange...

 

Are people seriously complaining about the BOX now? I know some transformers fans have anal retentive personalities... But this is another level of OCD...

So what's the deal with the truck guns?

Are they just shown there attached to the truck, like attack mode? I'm sure they can be taken off, and reattached for bot mode, right?

I've yet to see a photo of the truck without them.

 

I don't mind the box, in fact I find the listed "gimmick" of the movable neck funny.

 

Legendary toys will probably fix it. And switch the grey for gunmetal. But also, I hope those weapons are removable. Is it me or does that front hood look terrible?

Not really.. It's kinda what's been happening now anyways. I just said it out loud. I was going to buy the MPM-03 when it first came out.. I had to wait to get the funds together first. By then however, I was trying to get Megatron MP-36. I hunted down Soundwave, cause I was missing him, and in the interim, there are 3 MPM-03 KOs, one of which is better then the other KOs and the Original, then MP-36 ends up with an additional 2-3 KOs now too with fixes and color changes, and so much more.. It's happening.. It's not crazy..

I just happen to write it out loud is all.. But if it make you feel any better.. (Shhhhhhhh! quiet.. we don't want HAS/TAK to stop what they're doing, just release it, and yea it looks like the 3rd parties will perfect it.)

I disagree. I think you saying it, is fine.

Again, people seem to think a toy needs to be released in order to start the KO process and we've seen time and again it doesn't. KOs arrive shortly after their legit release and the response usually falls to "Already?" or "That was fast!"

People don't think that these figures aren't in the hands of KO'ers already? That's the crazy part.

Some people have been pointing to the Vietnamese factories for the run of bad chrome we had in the Masterpiece line, like for Ironhide and Hot Rod.

But eh, those toys were great quality outside the chrome, and movie Ironhide here has no chrome, so...
