Still higher quality than Titans Return.

 

Overall, it's an okayish design... a little bland especially compared to previous iterations... but I am REALLY not a fan of that head design in the slightest! Wish they would have stuck to his DW head design, or at least would have taken a good amount of inspiration from it.

 

To think, Mark Hamill just did The Last Jedi, and now this...

 

I look at it yet again and now I see Black Might Gaine.

Mazinger, Galactus, Baron Papanoida, Animated Headmaster, Thanos wearing a funny hat, and now Black Might Gaine...
Seriously, how does such a bland design look like so many things at once? I think the designer deserves an award or something.

 

I like it. It sort of feels like they G1-ified his movie appearance by adapting his elongated head into a massive crown. I certainly like it better than his original flaming Optimus Prime look, but his RID design is the best in my book.

Honestly, I think that Megatronus has Animated Overlord's helmet and chin, just in a "G1" style.

Megatronus is just the head. Prima made that suit. Read the book of Primus.

 

If the only good thing you can say about something is that it's "Better than nothing", maybe it actually isn't.

 

It's fine only complaint not 22 minute episodes I can watch it without any problems so don't take it out of context

they really need a better studio doing this for them... I just feel sooo embarrassed for everyone involved when I see it

 

Not having it made at all would be a better option for the franchise's overall image than this show being spawned into existence.

It's just too embarassing to show to anyone from the outside of the fandom.

Well, it also had a production team bigger than maybe three guys tops working in their shed... As it seems to be the case with the machinima.

Otherwise it's just hard to comprehend.

 

Why should we be happy that they made a terrible show?

Also, "better than nothing" isn't really saying much.
