Granted, that's probably still an 80-90 dollar KO, like Megatrons

I tried to copy past the exact conversation but the board keeps reading it as Spam so I had to remove his user name and info. BUT the guy is indeed Zongbo1026

 

Sent him another message. This what I sent then what he sent back. I hope I get the mpp10 and not crap. And just checked, tracking says no record.

 

So has anyone been scammed and lost their money entirely? I ordered a FT-08 Grinder on Jan 1st. Saw his profile a month ago and thought he was legit. Just recently saw the 4 negative feedback scores. Kinda pissed with eBay more than anything else. I feel eBay should put in stronger restrictions for China-Bay'ers.

 

there is no way ebay can police ebay. there's just no way. there's too many sellers. it's up to YOU not THEM to buy from legit sellers and stop buying from people who don't look legit. by now everyone knows what a legit seller looks like. and we already have plenty of legit sellers we should be supporting with our business. stop raising ebay fees by buying from sketchy sellers. just stop.

 

I got an ebay email about a week ago that had a link to a Grinder going for $40+30 shipping or around that. The seller had sold quite a few of them too..

My tracking didn't show up for 9 days. Something is on its way to me. I doubt it's my Masterpiece megatron though.  

 

When it comes to KOs the pricing can be pretty skewed - my bumblebee KO was around 12 GBP including postage at the time, and arrived within a week (looks perfect too).

Quakeblast was sold by legit companies here in the UK (such as Kapow) for £54, but are out of stock - £39 was clearly much lower, but not unbelievably so (at least compared to some of the other sellers on eBay at the time) given that import tax hasn't been paid yet. There's not many sellers with stock, I'm now trying another eBay seller at the £47 mark.

 

I bought X-Transbots Klaatu from him on Monday. Tracking number came through yesterday and it has just gone live.
Will let you know what, if anything, arrives.

 

Wangpan986-1 has drastically dropped his prices and my tracking hasn’t updated. Time to keep an eye on him. Uggggg

Wow so we live in a world where the "Victim" is the blame? Anyone saying it's the buyer's fault is just as bad as the fraudulent seller. I do not buy from Sellers with Negatives. If anyone saw a seller with over 500 positives and no negatives or neutrals we would most likely pull the trigger and buy from them. I am one of Zongbo's victims. I, like many here, purchased my items in mid December before the scam. Please be more considerate when posting snobby comments against us.

 

Just wonderful. I bought an FT Apache from him back on Dec. 29th. His listing said it was in stock but he didn't ship. I asked when he would ship and he told me that he was expecting more in a couple of days and would ship Monday. I had a weird feeling but didn't wanna act impatient . He supposedly shipped mine 2 days ago but tracking hasn't updated...  now I'm staring to worry cuz i got screwed by another seller in the last month.

 

Well said! I know completely who you are referring too. I didn’t want to start a big fight so I didn’t say anything but should have. That is the whole point of this board with the good and bad list.

i figured he turned bad with those last few messages, but as of last week he was still fine and he even replied to my questions before and after purchase, now no tracking has been updated so I'm guessing he's turned too. He even has recent positive feedback for a gold MP-36 megatron at over 200 bucks.

Ummmm no, that wasnt the point of my comment at all. I literally said in my post people expecting a $200 figure for $20.

A while ago i saw the bester guy selling stuff like grinder, and mp-11t for $20. Over 200 people bought the thundercracker. Tbh dont feel bad for any of them. Like @Decepticon13 has pointed out, if this keeps up paypal is gonna stop offering protection. Those are the people i was talking about.
