A few Kappa threads have been made about the name and my Kuma... I honestly forget I have it until people say something.

Anyone still playing it? How are you progressing? How do you feel about this in comparison to other fighters you're playing at the moment?

 

I stopped playing for a while because I went back to playing SF4 but am gonna start getting back into it again. Basically still starting from square one but that's ok. Gonna stick with Akuma and will probably start going to locals too. Looking forward to embarrassing myself.

 

Only way to learn, man. Glad it's at least kept your interest enough to give it a go again.

Geese is live on PC. Mucking around I'm getting some pretty decent damage. This combo WITHOUT Rage mode is 99. He's got some decent mixups albeit pretty telegraphable.

 

I hope that they can make this game a reality, but there is still a lot of work to be done.

 

Just played this for the first time tonight. Pretty awesome game and cosmetic though they may be,the Bullet Club shirts are AMAZING as is the fact that King can wear Okada's outfit.

I’ve been hearing conflicting reports of how many characters are in the base game including unlocks and how many are paid DLC. So can a player here set the record straight for me?

 

I'd like to know this too, My favorite thing about Tekken was playing vs or arcade and unlocking characters which this game doesn't have. still love the game but i hate that that is missing and i'm not paying for tekken bowl or additional characters.

 

I believe the base is 36 not counting Eliza who was considered a Day 1 preorder bonus or something like that.

 

That’s not bad. So is it base 36 and maybe 15-20 unlockable or 36 including unlockable?

 

Not including any sort of DLC, man.

 

When I say unlockable I refer to the traditional method of playing through with the available fighters to unlock the rest. Not ones I have to buy.

 

Characters aren't unlocked like that anymore. At all.
