Does anyone know when they will be released? I have heard that they have been spotted in some places in the U.S. however there is no listing for them in Toys R Us, Target and etc. I have not had any luck looking in my local stores neither. I believe I read somewhere it would be 1/1/18 but I would like to know for sure.
It appears Taiwan already has them as ebay has them coming from there and cost $90 not including the shipping.
I just picked up the pair in the US (SF Bay Area) earlier today. I had to ask the associate to pull them from the back. Use www.brickseek.com and use 087-06-6020 for the dpci # to see if any stores in your area have the fig. They weren't in stock yesterday when I checked but many stores in my area listed "limited stock" this morning. Good luck.
I had a teammate look up the leader class DCPI and it was flagged in their system for Jan 7th. These and the 80's Voltron are evidently part of the aisle reset.
Unless tied to a specific movie/show launch, toys don't have release dates. Transformers have only had release dates a handful of times over the years. The PotP toys do not have a release date. The legends came out 3 weeks ago, deluxes 2 weeks ago, leaders now. It just depends on when stores get them, not a set date. Target has them assigned for a reset the week of 1/7, but that is not a release date, its just when they are supposed to get a spot on the shelf.
