    Strange to see simple, crappy designs painted well while far superior molds will go lacking. But it might be a sign there is still hope for something down the horizon more in line with what we love from them.

    Hey guys, does anybody know what Takara is going to do with the new Dreadwind mold? Are they going to recolor him as Buster? He\'s not listed on their website and I wondered if anything is known.

    Ha! I was thinking about getting the bigger Megatron on sale sometime as I bought the one-step to qualify for a $20 off $50 promotion and I actually get a kick out of it. I like TLK Megatron so if I can get this for a decent price instead I won't mind a bit. It'll make me laugh every time I look at it.

    I like the quick changers like this. When I'm playing Transformers with my son I find it a blessing to be able to Transform them to alt mode and back so quickly since my son likes to mimick the various media that has them transforming every other minute. Try doing that with RotF Leader Optimus and see how the fun gets sapped out of spontaneous play. lol

    Not at all interested in these but this should be enough confirmation that Takara will continue to do its own thing and isn't being taken over by the Evil Hasblow.

    what a waste of plastic and paint.... What's crazy is these things must somehow be somewhat profitable for Hasbro/Takara to continue to make them year after year after year.. these and the 12" non-transforming plastic.... statue things... I just can't fathom that they are worth making?
