Over the past year I took a break from film work to develop a PC game with some guys that used to work at Epic Games - just four of us full time. It's a real-time strategy game that utilizes card battling mechanics.

We released today on Steam Early Access. It's the full multiplayer experience with 1v1 and 2v2 matchmaking, custom player matches, local AI bot matches, and a co-op Survival mode. We are working on a campaign for the full release in March.

Here is the Steam Page - Save 10% on Golem Gates on Steam

I'd like to give away some copies here. I'll send a key for the game to the first 10 people to respond here. You have to have a Steam account and a PC to play the game.

    Thanks!
    Josh Nizzi

Sweet! I love your particular take on the TF movie aesthetic.

Congratulations, game development is no easy task. It sounds like a fun concept and looks pretty cool.

This seems like a really neat concept, and the artwork looks veey nice. I've grown up playing some Starcraft and Age of Mythology, so RTS has a special place in my heart, even though I'm not the best at them. Do you have an idea for what kind of audience you're looking at? With MOBA's taking quite a bit of the forefront, it seems RTS's have taking a backseat for a while, and I think an accessible RTS, something less geared towards MLG like Starcraft might bring in some more people.

We are calling it an "action strategy card game" - but we aren't marketing experts, just four people trying to make something fun. It's more streamlined than Starcraft since you don't have to build pylons or manage resources as much. It has elements of Hearthstone with the deck building and chance with card drawing during a match.

I sent you a key so try it out and let me know what you think.
