The remaining Minibots, Duocons etc as Legends.
Deluxe and Voyagers will be vehicles for the MicroMasters.
Leaders will feature MicroMasters base modes
Titans will be Omega in 2019 and Scorponok in 2020
Cast is a mix of later US G1, UK G1.5 and Japanese G1

With the children's "Mainline" and the Evergreen lines now focusing on the early G1 cast and recent cast additions, I think we'll see Generations continue the 2018 approach: a new series homage/story in one part, with the Studio Series making up the other half of Generations. The Unicron Trilogy could run 3 seasons of Generations. That's 3-4 years of product to play with and that generation of fans will be ready for their nostalgia line. I'm not sure we'll see much Beast Wars or Animated back. Warden doesn't seem to like the material or cast. We might get a few peppered in with other stuff like with Optimus Primal, but only IF there's another fan vote. LOL.

I'd love to have gotten that Generation 3 story with the whole new cast, but Hasbro is making too much $ on nostalgia right now. That's why the three kids lines are going G1.

I would like to see a revisit of the concept of armada. Bigger bot with small partner. Powerlinking or not. Target masters or not. Or a mix of both. I would like the partner to transform too but that may not be feasible under current budgets

I lean towards something that uses beasts and sci-fi vehicles. Minicons back as the gimmick, with Micromaster theme. Gestalt minicons?

I think they may play a bit faster and looser. Figures that are hybrids of G1 and Unicron Trilogy or Car Robots. Beast Wars characters alongside G1 characters with beast modes.

Rescue Bots did a T-Rex Optimus Prime and a Bumblebee as a bee. I feel like stuff from that line, Prime/RiD, and Bayverse definitely influences the Generations choices. Maybe a T-Rex Optimus alongside a Car Robots/G1 mashup Megatron. Toon Cybertronian Bumblebee. Hound that turns into a green robot dog. Animals and space ships. Skylynx rerelease with some minor redeco/retooling?

I have a sneaking hunch we’ll see more classic takes on Alpha Trion, Ultra Magnus, and Elita One. Follows the trend with Blurr, Hot Rod, and Kup where we got updates that were solid figures but not extremely faithful.

It allows for all kinds of crazy sci-fi beast/monster modes, as well as the introduction of new supporting characters to round out the Primes and known villains.

 

It's not like weve had any quintesson figures since Energon and TLK with the little Quintessa figurine.
We could have the first decepticon leaders that appeared as statues of decepticon heroes the background of starcreams coronation. I take it that it would be a united faction against the Quintessons right?
G0 will be very interesting indeed

 

Selfishly I'd want this line to mop up all the leftovers and missed offs from the Prime Wars trilogy combining various gimmicks from across the three lines. A hodge podge not unlike T:30. Thus, my own list isn't nearly as inventive as some of the others here. I'm making a few assumptions based on speculation for waves 5 and 6 of PotP

Titan/Prime Masters.
Toraizer, Optimus Primal (both rumoured for wave 5 of TR), Dogfight, Override, Gunrunner, Roadgrabber, Igaunus, Snarler, Pincher, Chainclaw, Bugly, Carnivac.

Legends.
Bumblebee (let's not pretend he won't appear. new mold), Cliffjumper, Hubcap, Pipes, Ratbat, Eject, Frenzy (all three different from TR molds but backwards compatible with Blaster/Soundwave), Flamefeather, Runamuck, Runabout, Guzzle, Sizzle, Fizzle.

Deluxe.
Pointblank, Sureshot, Crosshairs, Getaway, Slapdash, Joyride, Nightbeat, Siren, Hosehead, Quickmix, Landfill, Spinister, Needlenose, Squeezeplay, Horribull, Fangry, Fearswoop, Snare, Ironfist, Boss, Hurricane.

The rest of the Throttlebots in scale with Chase though with Wideload as a Voyager that gets retooled into Landfill.

I'd love some repaint of the Combiner Wars Constructicons. Possibly as the Autobot Double Targetmasters and/or the Micromaster Construction Patrol.

Micromaster updates. Chase's head on Titans Wheelie might work for Detour.
I'd love any of the Micromaster cars in the Titans Legend scale of Chase and Wheelie.

I want all future Transformers to be Titanmaster compatable.

Redo all the Primemasters as proper Titanmasters that become proper heads. The Primemaster gimmick is the worst gimmick since Cyber Planet Keys.

 

I would like Titans return part 2. Not sure what they would add but finishing off the masters is my top pick, with the voyager triple changers all having a robot, beast and vehicle mode, so ape face/Primal, snap dragon/Megatron, Doubledealer/... eh whole ever. Scorponok as the titan, if we get a second either give max a do over or omega Supreme.

After that drop gimmicks for the next line, lot of beast wars guys but also a few g1 guys that need do overs, voyager iron hide and Ratchet with there bay sections, good voyager seekers, all 6 of them same base tooling. Then Omega if he's not been done already.

 

Hoping for TR part two myself.
Hope we get The Seacons and Monstructor in potp.
And the next line to give us the remaining Headmasters, Targetmasters, Powermasters, Brainmasters and Breastforce.
Legends class to round out the remaining Minibots, Throttlebots, Deluxe Insecticons (which really should be done in the deluxe class), Fire-cons and -bots.
And please, please Hasbro don't waste any more slots on OP, Megatron etc.
A line with all kinds of Quintessons and Allicons would be great too.

 

RID III

 

For the love of all that is good, end our suffering and give us:
-Legends Frenzy
-Legends Eject
-Legends Outback (rumoured for POTP though)

Easy redecos, chuck Twincast and Soundblaster in there as well so you have an excuse to bring back the cassette gimmick and new cassette-bots:
-Steeljaw
-Ratbat
-Slugfest (the hero we need)

Pad out some deluxe wave spots with easy, desirable CW/TR redecoes:
-Deluxe Bluestreak (from Dead End with Prowl head and chest, not the Streetwise mould)
-Ratchet
-Sideswipe (Breakdown, new head)
-Red Alert

 

Potp is really just a continuation of CW and TR under new branding, the prime wars is the best non movie line in years, hopefully more in store.

 

We have basically gotten everything G1 at this point. The least that they can do is give us some beast wars characters

"Micro Wars"
Micromaster characters are the main gimmick that are compatible with each other and larger scaled figures of the line.

The main set for this line would be a Scorponok Titan figure.

 

I would like to see the "Generation 3" idea reinvigorated and move the story forward while enriching what we already know. Sometimes I don't think the bean counters realize innovation is necessary to keep the brand alive rather than just recycling what worked before. Just because nostalgia is successful doesn't mean fans won't go nuts for quality new storytelling and toys for characters that are new additions.
