Yeah, that's pretty typical when a US retailer gets an "exclusive". It usually means North American market exclusive. Most 3P figures that I'm aware of getting an "exclusive" distribution at places like BBTS, TFS, TCP, A3U, etc, are only a portion of the production run. Another portion of it goes to local/Asian market retailers/distros and sometimes a small allotment makes it to the UK or AU market, often as a pass-along from either an Asian market distro or one of the larger US retailers. Safest would be to contact them and have them hold it for you in their stacking system. That way you control the when and, most importantly, the where.

Or you could have it shipped to me, I'm in SoCal. Not sure what that would accomplish for you though!

 

I'd get on them about that. I'll explain in case you don't already know. You have to contact them directly to make such an arrangement. Simply changing your address information on your consumer profile won't suffice. The address you use when placing a preorder gets "locked" to that particular order. So if you preordered using an old address, update it to the correct one the following day, and your item is in stock a few months later, guess where they send it? They did that with my Takara Fort Max last year and I had to make arrangements to pick it up at my old address 20 minutes away.

He should have a rocket launcher. I saw stock photos of it equipped.

And haha thanks anyway. The current delivery addy is the in-laws'. Worst-case, I can have them ship it to Canada for me if he shows up after I leave, but I'd vastly prefer to avoid the extra cost and hassle.
