Dammit I wasn't originally going to get Slash. But after seeing your picture, now I need it for my LG-EX Grimlock Titanmaster.

I think the Prime Masters are cooler than the Titan Masters now.

So, not sure who to pair Micronus with.

Maybe Sky Reign, at least until a better idea comes along?

    No, Overlord can't have him!

My only problem with the guns so far is that they look great on Leaders and smaller, but for combiners they're kinda weedy lookin'. Metalhawk decoy suit guy...what's his name again? He's pretty cool 'cuz his barrel is huge but Red Dude McGreenPattern's dual gatling gun set up looks wimpy in comparison in combiner hands.

I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical of Starscream at first. But in-hand, his proportions don't seem that bad -- it's quite grown on me. I'm really impressed with his gestalt/combiner torso. I didn't expect to like it as much as I do. I'm really torn on the stickers -- I can really appreciate the G1 novelty of it, but it just clashes with the current design aesthetic. Still a great figure overall.

Grimlock is awesome. I LOVE his bot mode and dino mode. His gestalt mode isn't as bad as I thought -- but it just doesn't hold together as well as Starscream. Starscream tabs and pegs in at all the right places (I didn't fully tab in his wings in my photo because I really like the wider/Bayverse character silhouette). My Grimlock's shoulders don't tab very well and his center of gravity just seems off -- causing mine to fall over. Really hoping for a 3rd party add-on to give him bulk in the right places and to improve the shoulders, hips, and legs.

Some minor disappointments with both, but overall, very happy with them. Defintely excited for the other voyagers and deluxes.

I have a request, POTP King Starscream with Brawl and Swindle as the arms and Vortex and Blast-Off as the legs, if you don't mind, please and thank you.

If I have time later in the evening, I'll try.

Going back to Grimlock. I really wanted to see how he'd compare to Toyworld's Dino Combiner (of course, he doesn't -- in terms of size and quality). But I think the Hasbro Grimlock/Volcanicus is a great, affordable alternative to having a dino combiner that isn't going to cost you hundreds of dollars. Here's an older pic I found compared with the new Grimlock:

Cool thanks, tag me when you do with an @ so I don't miss it.

I like Hasbro's combiner head better that the 3P alternative, but Toyworld seems to have made a more solid torso, but that's easy to do when you make the toy then determine the price.

I think my biggest complaint with volcanicus is the torso looks so thin, hopefully a 3p can make some fillers that work and look better than the 2nd set of fists

Just got Liege Maximo in the mail today. I wasn't expecting much, considering it's so simple and I never liked Pretenders, but I'm seriously liking this little figure!
Yeah, it's pretty much a brick, but the detailing and presence is just fun.
Looking forward to the rest of the Prime Masters now.

Check aliexpress as well. I saw some generic transformation bots that had these same swords and some guns just in grey plastic rather than red. I'm not sure if they are 5mm compatible. The red does look better for the dinobots.
    Sorry, I don't have a link.
