"Raaak!" Laserbeak transformed in his cassette mode, as Soundwave opened his chest, put him inside and after scanning the recorded data he replied. "Megatron, Laserbeak learned that the gang of bandits settled in the long abandoned Energon mine, and their leader said to his subordinates that there's enough Energon in order to provide them with credits and resources for years to come. The mine has three passages, two of which are known to them, and the third one is near the old energon tanker. It's through it Laserbeak infiltrated the mine and got this info. That's all he has at the moment. So, shall I sent the Vehicons to take over this mine and use it for our own benefit or we should act differently, my lord?"
"Hmmmm..... Dropkick, did you do as I asked and gain permission to be overseer of Mining operations?"
As Dropkick rose to his feet, he informed Megatron of his plans. "I'm one step closer to having the Energon storage towers being built. I consulted Prime of the idea, and he told me I must see Prowl. Not only will they do the job the Autobots intend, I could also trigger a countermeasure, if the war is to ever to happen again." As he spoke, his frown turned into a smile and grew wider each second. He began making hand gestures of the Energon towers. "They would launch elsewhere, now converted into transport ships, and leave them without Energon. All we'll have to do is sit and watch, save our ammunition, then kill any stragglers! We'd have them on their knees as we'll have the power over life and death!" He breathed heavily out of excitement, then gaining awareness once more, he gathered his composure and stood still. "A thousand apologies, my lord."
Megatron nodded his head a little. "Not what I intended, but that works. It is an in-genius plan. Now, we could take over the energon mine, but we need some more Umph. Soundwave, deploy Buzzsaw to the location to deal with the gang. Than, we detonate it. We don't want the Autobots getting their hands on that energon." Megatron smiled. "Soon, we shall be in power over these idiot Autobots."
At this moment a white and turquoise bot entered Optimus' office. "Why have you called me here?" he asked "What I have to say is going to be said tomorrow on the trials for my ex-partners." -------- Meanwhile Ironhide II was to meet his boss, Dai Atlas in the Stellar Galleries in the High Council Pavilions. He stopped in front of the building where the tall blue and orange mech was waiting for him. "Excuse me sir for being late." he apologized. [[ @Dropkick ]]
Dropkick smirks and asks, "Shall I resort back to my old roots?" As Dropkick bent his arm, his hand pointing upward, it transformed into his pathblaster. A blade revealed itself by ejecting from under his signature weapon.
Soundwave nodded, as he ejected Buzzsaw and his little spy flew up and perched on his left shoulder. "Buzzsaw, you have the mine's coordinates. Operation: assassination." After he received the order, Buzzsaw flew up and set his course to north, hoping to play with his targets before eliminating them.
"I said bring it up with Prowl. You are not allowed back into this building untill further notice. Now, if you will excuse me, I have a meeting to attend to." Hardhead walked past Raindance and towards Jazz. "Jazz, watch that small blue bot, Raindance. Prowl wants him to stay out, make sure he does. I have somewhere else to be." As Hardhead walked away, he noticed a group of cons on a bench, talking. He decided not to pick a fight, even though he wanted to, and started to Macadams
Jazz looked at Hardhead with confusion. "Is the small one a problem?" he whispered, trying to not get heard by Raindance.
Hardhead turned back to Jazz, "Apparently he wants to get to Prime. Once he got there he had a panic attack, Prowls orders."
News spreads very quickly about how the Snaketicon, Vertebreak escaped from custody after he was brought back to Cybertron by Optimus Prime, Windblade, and Ratchet. Questions still linger about it, such as how did he escape, leading to some shocking theories. Theories that state... he had help in doing so.
As Optimus stayed in his office, an Autobot Guard alerts him through the speaker. Not only does it echo through his office, but also through the halls. The Guard speaks calmly though his com, "Intruder alert, its making its way towards Optimus."
Raindance was dissapointed, by being kicked out before he could meet Optimus. Still, there was nothing he could do about that. That Prowl guy wasn't gonna listen to him, ever.
Sitting in a corner booth at Macadams alone was Dealer. With no mission to occupy him, and no war either, time seemed to creep along very slowly. He thought about going to Megatron himself and asking for any assignments, but that would be too unprofessional. After sitting in a corner for cycles, waiting for something to do, his communicator finally buzzed. He was about to pick it up right then and there, but Macadams was getting more crowded by the second. He got up and rushed out the door, into an alleyway, and away from the crowds.
Outside Macadams, a mech that was white with hints of red, blue, black, and gold was making his way down the street when he saw a mech running into an alleyway, as if to run from something. Star Saber frowned when he saw that. There was no way it was because of him, was it? After all, he still hadn't ditched his nickname of the Dark Envangelist it seemed. Even after he had changed his ways, it seemed that nickname haunted him, no matter where he went.
"Let him come. I can handle it." Optimus exited the office, and went down the elevator. At the bottom level, he saw Hardhead and Jazz along with Prowl. "Ah, how are you all?"
A damaged Wheeljack ran to Optimus and falls down onto the floor. He crawls to his feet, then remains still.
Hardhead ran to Wheeljack and helped him up, looking as puzzled as everyone else. "Apparently not good." ((Prowl is already gone off looking for Ironhide II))
Wheeljack's body was missing some armor plating, revealing his damaged circuitry. His remaining armor was scorched, as if engulfed in a fiery explosion. His body was limp as he was helped up.
