I think we're continuing the theme of questioning just who the bad guys are now. We had Rick's team invade a Savior outpost and murder people in their sleep. We also had Rick kill someone who was ultimately just protecting his baby. Now we have major members of the team deliberately sending walkers after innocents all in the name of "ending this." Come to think of it, things have been pretty bad since Rick's team took over Alexandria too. All the original leaders and major characters are pretty much dead. Some at Rick's own hand.
This season is continuing the theme of 'Stupid people doing stupid things stupidly". I'm gonna start rooting for the zombies.
Yesterday's new issue had a scene I very much hope gets adapted to the small screen. Maggie has Negan completely at her mercy and Negan breaks down apologizing about Glenn - since he realizes Glenn was Maggie's Lucille. Not gonna lie it hurt to read.
I quit reading a long time ago. Got burned out on AOW. After the flash forward I quit. I feel like I’m not too far away from it with this show.
I quit when Rick's wife and baby (ok probably Shane's baby) were shotgunned down by the Governor's people. That was enough for me.
there was a run of 2 or 3 amazing episodes in this season but the last couple have been hard!! at this point I want Negan to come through, I'm done with Rick
I saw that as Negan not being that monster anymore and probably wants to die for what he's done, but can now live for something now.
I am guessing when he was feeding the Muslim kid. He was bit before the show started. That’s why he was writing the letter to Rick in the opening, I am sure the mid season start will backtrack it.
I did actually feel kinda upset seeing the Alexandrians huddled in the sewers. That actually was really cool to see him again. I actually forgot that's who Rick got the machete from. I was honestly figuring that Rick got it from a Woodbury soldier so I was expecting a Governor or Merle cameo along the same lines.
