I see what you mean now. I think the plastic piece that hides the wheels can flip around to either hide them or you can leave them exposed like this pic:

Nah, it isn't so bad. It is stylized to begin with and it isn't the same scale. Legends aren't MP slave to to the animation/manga.
MB-06 is MP scale and style with a little stylizing.
They both have a place in my collection. I can't wait for this. Watching their Overlord like a hawk.

 

They do different things. It's just that MB06 does it's thing with a higher range of style and finesse.

 

It's like night and day...

 

...and if you ignore the after-market "upgrades," they're way cheaper, too
